Not the best customer service. I have been coming here for years and always got my frequent card stamp for a free icecream after I purchase 10. I hace two cards filled and now that Im going to redeem it they wont take it because they said they dont take it anymore that is not right if they were not going to take it then why stamp my card 20 different time i feel that they do not take care of there customer by making me think one thing when they were planing another. The girl would not give me thw info to headquaters or managers name because according to her that was private information

The ice cream is delightful as always but the employees are relatively unfriendly and seem a bit miserable. I went out of my way to tip them because I feel for anyone in food service but I never received a smile or thank you. I mean, maybe they didnt notice and thats fine, but youd expect a smile or thank you as a matter of course at some point during your time there. Instead they just looked tortured. Like they were working in the worst place on earth. Like poor poor ice cream slaves.

I actually have never tried coldstones until just yesterday. We had just got out of the movie theather and my friends daughter wanted ice cream so she suggested we head over to coldstones and break my coldstones cherry lol. Now I see why they call it a creamery. The ice cream was so creamy and delicious. I kinda wish she never showed me this place because I am craving it as we speak. Yummy stuff!

I went to the studio city location today and left without my ice cream! The store wasnt full (about 5 people) but the girls coulndt do their job! I even Osked for my ice cream but they let me stand there till it melt, so I just left! Very frustrating! Wont come back, awful costumer service! Next time around I will get some salt & straw! They have great ice cram and amazing costumer service!

The place is small and awkward, but its in a great area and there is validated parking behind. I like grabbing a scoop and walking up and down ventura.
