I discovered La Michoacana yesterday and fell in love with the quality of the products offered so much so that I came back this afternoon and purchased another $30 worth of ice cream bars for my daughter and her family. I plan on frequenting this beautiful little shop often. My only complaint would be today one of the customer service employees named Mary intentionally looked past me and asked the lady behind me if she was next. I repeatedly said excuse me to which Mary never made eye contact with me or offered to help me. I finally had to say her name out loud, MARY, I am next. She was rude and offered me no help selecting or answering any questions I had. She pretended to not know English. The lady next to me answered my questions and magically Mary understood and said Thank you. It is bad business to ignore a customer due to race. I had a wonderful young lady help me yesterday and she explained several items I was interested in and even suggested other items I may like as well. Mary should be reprimanded if not fired. That kind of action is unacceptable. I would also like to suggest opening a La Michoacana in Santa Clarita so my family can easily enjoy your beautifully skillful quality products. I am in love.

Workflow is not efficient. Arrived there at 8:40pm and 8 customers in front of us. The line did not move at all. Observed workers for full 5 minutes waiting on each other, crowding the same stations one over the other through the whole line. No one managing the customer line outside running into traffic. Workers dont seemed engaged with the customers. Started ordering around 9:05pm simple order of four esquites. Got my order at 9:16. All that time witnessed the cashier charging 2 customer per 10 minutes i was waiting for my order. It was incredible how inefficient it all was from beginning to end. . for extra chili on my cooked corn and my corn was prepped with 4 scoops of cheese and a lot of chili my esquite came out too salty. Came home and wash off everything and still salty. If i even dare coming here to try icecream better come with atleast 40 to an hour of time. Will update if I come back wonder if it was the cheese or the chili that made my food so salty?????

where do I start with this place!! its a place for people with a major sweet tooth. they not only have milk based ice cream but they also have water based ice cream ( thats so smooth). they have agua frescas, fruit dishes, a lot of different flavored ice cream flavors that range from regular to unique (like avocado or mazapan). they also have esquites that prepared to have an even distribution of the condiments. my favorite thing is the mangoneadas that is a couple of scoops of water based ice cream with takin, tamarind candies, chamoy and mango bits. there are other chips snacks that are a Chicanos dream but you definitely need to visit if your looking for a hearty snack or sweet and/or refreshing dessert

This place is heaven, they have a wide assortment of flavours & different types of chilled/iced treats.. From Ice Cream to Frozen Fruit Pops to Raspados, they have it all.. Beware!! The line is long and theres a lot of different flavours and combinations. Grab a menu before you get in line and make sure you have the order ready by the time you hit the counter.. The Laine stays wrapped around the building to Vallarta

We beat the line. Got there around 3pm during the week and there were only a few people ahead of us. The girl that helped us was very nice. The mangoneada was delicious. Got the medium for $5.75. Took it to go. Place was slightly small. Cashier, older lady needed to be a little more friendlier. Still gave it a 5 because they had good quality ice scream. And a good variety.

Today was my first time here and I was almost overwhelmed by the choices I didnt get a chance to take a picture of my food because I ate it so fast but I would highly recommended the choices are amazing and the customer service was fantastic very patient and they let you try everything loved it

Soooo many options. They carry very unique ice cream flavor options from plain vanilla, pineapple with chilli, gansito, cinnamon toast crunch! They offer samples. Line is usually long but that gives you time to look at all the options. Staff is very friendly and prices are decent.

Love their ice cream.. It is oh sooo good and it reminds me of ice cream my mom use to buy us when we were kids.. The one thing I dislike and who wouldnt.. is their lines. they are sooooo long! but the wait is sometimes worth it when its not scorching hot outside..

This place is great for the different types of ice cream flavors they have. Can get crowded during the day and night. They also have malts and drinks available. They are really good. Not expensive. Great for the hot weather.

By far one of the beast creameries in Los Angeles. They offer an amazing Mexican styled Ice Cream variety. But be warned. Sometimes the wait can be over an hour. Go to favorite: Mexican Street Corn with Hot Cheeto crumbs.

Good Mexican ice cream, I like it all. My family use to go all the way to downtown la to get goodies like the one we get here. I am so glad we dont have to drive that long drive. We only have to wait in a long line.

The lines here can be out the door long but youll know why when you have your first taste. They have both water and milk based popsicles but dont even bother with the water based, the milk based ones are AMAZING!!!
