So a friend of mine who lives in Northern California posted a story about Cream on Facebook and it looked really good so I googled it not knowing that I was only 10 minutes away. I decided to go on a Sunday afternoon to try it. When I opened the door I am immediately hit by the sweet smell of something baking and I could see racks of cookies behind the counter. I was asked if Im ready to order and I explain the sign on the wall that says I can take it to go by picking 4 sandwiches so I wanted to do that but she seemed very confused and said that that actually doesnt exist(so although it advertises as a package deal there really isnt any deal). So I begin to look at the different types of cookies asking questions to try and figure out what I wanted to get and the answers I was getting in response were very short and each time I would ask a question she would get closer to the register wanting to ring me up even though I was the only person in line. So to the mastermind who created Cream this is my advice to you....Great concept but the experience of ordering one of these amazing sandwiches needs a lot of work(Smile like you want to be there, ask the customer if theyve been there before, explain how the process of customizing your sandwich works, give suggestions on what flavors are very popular, even offer a sample, dont rush the customer let them create something that will taste amazing causing them to want to come back again and again) The ice cream is soft and sweet but the cookies are not( I took my order to go but one of the cookies I asked to be warmed up and when I tried it I was disappointed at how hard it was, there has got to be a way to keep that freshness locked in the cookie) Lastly taking it to go has to be easy( the containers my sandwiches were put it were perfect for the mini cookies however it is horrible for the regular cookies which meant the container did not close cause toppings to fall off in the bag on the way home). As it stands I am not in a rush to return to this location but do hope to one day see some of these changes put into effect. Thanks First time Cream customer!

I was craving ice cream like crazy on Sunday. I had heard good things about Cream so we piled all three dogs into the car and took a family trip to go check it out. Cream is known for its ice cream sandwiches. When you walk in you see a section of all the different types of cookies and then to your left the ice creams are displayed. I wasnt really a fan of any of the flavors I tried so I went with my standard cookies and cream which was very good. My sig other got chocolate which was very rich but he enjoyed it. We both got our ice cream in waffle cones. The cones themselves were really good but they have cinnamon in them. So they didnt really work with my actual ice cream. There was plenty of parking for us on Sunday but the real entertainment was the people in the parking lot. Especially the guys who pulled up next to us, smoking pot while driving, and hassling a dollar store employee who clearly wanted nothing to do with them. Since CREAM is mostly out of the way for us I dont think Id go back any time soon but if I lived near by I could add it to my list.

OMG, this is a taste of pure heaven. I needed this dessert after having some applebees. You cant get a decent dessert nowadays since everything is just the same!!!??!!! You get tired of it. the cookies are nice and warm, the ice cream... theres just so many to choose from!!! I love it! There should be more flavors of cookies to choose from, though. Keep up the good work. The 4-star rating is because it gets so busy, there should be an ambassador to come out of the store and hand out free samples. Even I hate waiting in long lines. Having an ambassador and hand out samples of ice creams or cookies will get the crowd motivated into staying in line, especially in the hot heat. Hope yall can figure out what to do when its raining.. to have some canvases to cover the customers.. lol... some more seating area perhaps?? youve got customers standing around, its hard to exit with such limited space. :(

Its a new place so they need time to figure out what works so I get it. My friends wanted to try this place out so badly. So we went last night and there was a long line out front. Nice touch with having samples of warm cookie pieces. Only problem with that is when you actually get the cookie sandwich, its as hard as a rock! Luckily for me I got half brownie and half cookie. The brownie edges were hard but at least the middle was soft. I got cup of joe ice cream and that was the best part. But I didnt go there just for a scoop of ice cream... Theres got to be a way to get fresh warm cookie sandwiches. This super hard cookie isnt gonna cut it. If theres a long line, the cookies should be fresh! The kids that work there are super friendly and smile a lot though. Gotta love that!

I was craving a chocotaco late night, so I headed to Cream and ordered an ice cream taco with toasted almond, cookie dough, and vegan mint chip. I ended up ditching most of the shell of the taco; ice cream ended up being much better without it. Theyve got some great flavors of ice cream (toasted almond being my favorite). The cookies are also soft and really good. The price is reasonable for a nice ice cream place.

If you are a fan of cookies or ice cream, this place is the best of both worlds. Choose a cookie flavor, choose your ice cream, and even toppings if you want and create the ultimate cookie ice cream sandwich! The staff here is really nice also. Tip: You dont have to get the same flavor of cookie to make your sandwich, feel free to mix and match!

Theres a lot of hype going on here, but theres tons of cookie and ice cream varieties. I no longer have to go to Westwood for Diddy Riese to get a really great/cheap ice cream sandwich. I really love that they have green tea ice cream. Itd also be nice if they turned down the music. I dont need to feel like Im in a club when shouting an order.

It will satisfy your ice and cookie craving. For 4.99 you get 2 cookies stuffed with your ice cream flavor. They have a new flavor called confetti. Its a new flavor and I found it better than my toffee nut. I had one of each of those and pistachio rolled in almond and my friend had confetti and Snickedoodle rolled in sprinkles!

Flavors you wont find anywhere else and unlimited samples. Take a chance and try the saffron and white rose; you can order chocolate anywhere else, any other day. Located on the downscale side of Wiltshire, and parking can be a challenge, but if youre on a quest for a memorable ice cream experience, CREAM has to make your list.

I heard so many great things about this place so I had to try it. I ordered the white chocolate macadamia cookies, cookie dough ice cream and caramel on top mmmmm..very yummy. But, the sandwiches should not be served in a bag it got messy quick and the caramel should be more thick. It was very tasty, I will be returning
