The service we received was warm and friendly. The environment make my think of grandmas house in the woods. All the plates are vintage and a little different, lots to took around at. We did the set menu, but not during restaurant week. I had the Lobster tail and a steak, with veggies. Everything was good, not great, but good. The salmon was also good, not great but good. I really enjoyed the light breading on the calamari. That felt ocean to table. For desert we did the Carrot cake and lime tart? I add the ? Because I think it was lime. The carrot cake was well done, moist with a quality cream cheese frosting. The tart was ok, Ive had better. Now onto the drinks. I ordered the bacon Bloody Mary and it was great! Large glass, good flavor and tasty. Theres room for some creativity but you get that with all bloodys. The lady had the lime Prosecco spritzer. A big strong for my taste, but a nice large glass. Its a full bar with a nice wine list to boot. Totally worth checking out for a brunch or dinner. Im going with 5 stars because I want this place to succeed but there are a few kinks to work out.

Thought the place was great BUT while they gave linen table cloths and napkins and the waiters wore black pants and white shirts and the atmosphere was wonderful...... the ceiling fans were covered with dust and the ladies bathroom floor moldings and edges were gross and when they ran out of biscuit they never told us and gave us english muffins in gravy on one meal and the other meal they just never brought the biscuit, we had to ask and by the time the replacement toast came we were done eating. I do understand that because you get busy you run out. OK but dont avoid the issue, be honest with your customers and dont make them have to ask and then wait. To make matters worse, I brought this up to your head lady(dark hair, did not get her name) she was condescending and rude to me on all the above issues. She did your business no favors. Your Food was great but you only get 3 stars because of these issues.

This was my favorite breakfast spot on the Westside until today. Do not go here on a busy holiday, graduation etc. At other times it is good. Our order obviously got lost in the kitchen today and 3 tables that sat down and ordered after us ate, paid their bill and left before we even got our food. I politely let the "manger" know to make sure she was aware. She was rude and and just said the kitchen was doing their best best and walked away. I paid the bill cash, received my change and left, leaving no tip. She had the nerve to run out after me making a scene claiming I didnt pay the bill, after she personally was the one who made the change. We were there for 1.5 hours and left immediately after finishing our food. Unfortunately this is a great restaurant that was left to be run by an incompetent person and I will nolonger go here.

Um....went here for Restaurant Week and was sorely disappointed. I know that they arent making much money during this event which has the purpose of introducing you to their restaurant so hopefully youll return. But the portions they served, and the quality, was really lacking. The fried calamari was greasy, tasteless, and an extremely small portion. The mushroom appetizer was better, but again, a really small amount. While the salmon was half-way decent, the filet mignon was overcooked and the sides were tasteless. To top it off, my daughter found a long beard hair from the uncovered cook on her plate - luckily not IN the food, though. Was hoping to be inspired to try this place again, but given all the above, we wont be back.

This place is simply put awful. Over priced and under flavored. I ordered a veggie scramble, scrambled soft....I got an over cooked veggie omelette. No big deal, mistakes happen. I ask for the scramble I ordered. She comes back with the same over cooked omelette that had been thrown back on the griddle and chopped up....Really? I give up and just share my husbands eggs benedict. It was cold, the egg was pretty much hard boiled, burnt bacon, and the english muffin wasnt toasted. Wow. And whats up with the decor?

This is my favorite place to be! I love the fooooood and of course the service is sincere and sweet! I recommend Your Place for large groups and catering. Even last minute catering has worked out perfectly! A friend had a baby shower that day and Your Place made the best appetizers for 35 ever! The deviled eggs were just like my moms! The bottomless mimosas are perfect for anytime and so nice that they are available all day every day! So happy to have Your Place on the westside its my favorite!

Very slow service. Only tpays attention to people she knows. Was chatting forever with certain tables, ignored us.. food was disgusting, they didnt even have the twice baked potatoes my husband wanted. Then the lady offered to bring more mashed, but never did... Wow.. unbelievable. Its no wonder we have been here before, and we Weil never go back. Have a nice life with all your weird friends. It wouldnt hurt to treat all your customers with the same respect and give equal service.

Last week we had breakfast - the ahi bene with brie was simply yummy. The hash browns could have been crispier, but they were open to the feedback and comped us both the excellent coffee and a moscow mule. The Moscow mule is made with Australian ginger beer and is out of this world! Today we went for lunch and thoroughly enjoyed fish tacos and an exquisite grilled pear with gorgonzola salad. They have a full bar and a great wine list - looking forward to trying dinner soon.

Amazing. My 3 friends and I have been on a road trip the last week in California. The name says it all. I had the bed omelet Ive ever had in my life. Blueberry Pancakes were the bomb and a the Chorizo breakfast burrito was fantastic. The drinks come in massive servings. Brunch blew us away and I strongly recommend stopping here. 5 stars all day and the service was super strong. The food came out promptly and Im thrilled with my experience.

I loved this place. To be honest I was a tourist in Santa Cruz for the weekend. I usually go to the touristy places or fast food, but saw the sign from the street and decided to give it a try. It does not look like much on the outside but once you are inside, this family owned restaurant shows its charm. Menu is extensive and when eating you know it was not pre-cooked from a food service but truly fresh and natural as God made it to be.

In my opinion, by far the best restaurant in Santa Cruz. The farm to table concept take shape here perfectly. The staff is kind and if youre lucky the chef will come out and speak to you. Dont miss the lamb, the chicken marsala, the chicken parmesan, the exquisite salmon. You should really take the time and check this place out . Rachel is wonderful, and she is your host.
