Their sign says "Worlds Greatest Hamburgers" and although I have not tried every hamburger in the world, I can say this is near the top of my list. Service was fantastic. Food was superb. The only issue was the register was having problems and could not process credit cards. So rather then holding everything up they said we have your order and cooking your food. They let me set and eat and once ther machine issue was fixed they came found me and ran my card. So many places would just say sorry cash or no eat. This gave them one of my few 5 star raitings. Great job :)

I got their 2/3 lbs burger with mushrooms and bacon. It was pretty standard. The meat was somewhat bland and greasy, but the do-it-yourself toppings bar was nice. Their steak fries were nicely seasoned, but not as crisp as I would have liked. The onion rings were excellent. Lets just say youre not doing your heart any favors by eating here, but you probably already knew that if you were considering it.

Excellent food. First time ever here. Love it. Customer service on ordering main course great. If you want dessert make sure the person understands what you are ordering. I ordered a caramel sundae, chocolate chip cookie dough with caramel and vanilla ice cream. I ended up with cookies n cream with caramel, not sure on what is on bottom.

Forget Five Guys, Red Robin or (sacrilege) In-N-Out! This is the BEST burger for your money! Not up there with the best burgers around, but very solid. Unbelievable amount of choices beginning with the size of your burger. From there you can customize to your hearts content with a ton of items you build and choose yourself. Definitely a good burger at a very fair price.

The food was OK. The two stars is mostly due to their method of serving. Instead of delivering food to a group, its delivered/called individually. Some people in our group were done eating for 15 minutes before others got their food.

I loved it and will be back! Cheeseburgers were great, nicely cooked. Love the fresh topping / condiment bar! Free refills on your beverages. Fast food in a restaurant setting... It works for me!
