My family and I are from fresno visiting family here, after waiting for the hostess to come in from smoking, we were seated and had some company...a cockroach. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor to be told neither are here until 9am. I told our waitress about the roach to be told they come in from outside and she was sorry. No other explanation. My family and I will NOT be coming back!

The servers are great. The service is great. Its the SMELL The smell!! UGH!!!. The restaurant stinks. PU!!!! The restaurant smells like the restrooms and Like a wet dog. Like some one dropped a log in the main dining area and add the smell of dirty mop water too. It smells like Peppy Le Pew has been through here. I had to hold my nose to eat.

Was first given someone elses food, it belonged to customers that came in after us and then my order wasnt quite right. After she gave us our bill, she latter walked by and asked if there was anything else as she was giving another customer their food, she should have asked before she gave us our bill.

They are open daily from 7am-12am. We arrived at 9:30pm and the hostess told us she wouldnt seat us because she had to leave exactly at 10:00. She then proceeded to turn off all the exterior lights and open sign to detour any other customers. Does your manager know this kind of thing happens?!

Me and my boyfriend got here at 9 got seated at 10 after they said 10-15 minute wait then once seated next to the bathroom which smells like a sewer they said that we had to wait 20 minutes for our food.. As I am writing this we are still waiting it is 11am!!

This IHOP is filthy, there is coke spilled off the table to the floor, floor are sticky and there are bird feathers all over the parking lot along with garbage everywhere out there. Not very a good presentation. But the food is very good.

IHOP gave my little bro a dirty fork, wiped it with a rag, then excused themselves saying "were busy". Too busy to give us clean utensils to eat with? Sevice was not good after that. There are better places to eat in Vacaville.

Place is disgusting I was seated at a syrup covered table, we asked to have the table cleaned and the host came back with wet paper towels and wiped the table with them what happened to cleaning tables with sanitary solution?

Worse IHop I have been to. When I came there was only one waitress serving and helping customers to there seat. Utensils given with no spoon. Long wait for food. I will not be back to this IHop.

Good location, outside appearance could use a little care, but its nice and clean inside. Food is on the same level with the rest of the other IHOPS Ive been to, which is a good thing.

Mostly every time I go there its really bad service my kids love French toast but I will never go back there again the waitresses seem to have an attitude problem the service is lousy.
