I want so badly to love this place. The one thing Ive eaten here, a breakfast sandwich, was really good (thus 2 stars instead of 1). Unfortunately, all three times Ive gone in or called (twice and once, respectively), theyve been out of stock of almost everything I was interested in ordering. The people Ive spoken with each time also dont typically know whats currently available; they have to rummage through the fridge/shelves and find stuff. Most recently, I found out they dont do sandwiches anymore, even though the website still lists them. Up-to-date inventory management does not seem to be a priority here. This place may be great if youre ordering something for a future date. I dont know; I havent done that. As an option for ordering to-go/takeout, Ive experienced repeated disappointment with this business.

It was a pleasure working with Jenn and having In The Breadbox deliver a gorgeous mothers day cake. The process was easy and Jenn was able to accommodate a last-minute request, for which I was super thankful. I went to their website, browsed their many delicious options, and checked out via Paypal. Jenn and her team followed up with emails to nail down the specifics, and on the day of the delivery they sent a confirmation email to make sure someone will be home to receive the cake. We heard that the cake was delicious (and beautiful!). Thank you guys!

Was excited to try a new place while visiting in town. Hours on website showed they opened at 8-I was there at 8:49 they werent open, no one baking or in there at all and you can see inside the whole place and they had 1/4 of the case filled with baked goods probably from yesterday. Im bummed another business wont work out with that type of work ethic and lack of presence. Especially a gluten free business which Id love to support and bring business to.

Went our of our way to have breakfast here during the posted hours on the website, and the placed was closed. Also, it appeared that no one was baking . If you go here , call first as the posted hours appear to be unreliable.

It said in there website that they open 7:00 so I went around 8 and they were still close.
