This place sells donuts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Cant stress enough how awesome that is. The staff seems pretty nice but sometimes the selection is weak or the flavor of the donut is off. Maybe that can be expected of a batch made at 1 AM? Not sure. Either way, if you have drunk friends youre driving around as a DD - good on you! - take them here to fill them up with sweets for a low price.

The Lavender Sea Salt shortbread cookies are pretty freakin sweet. Actually theyre also savory, but you know what I mean. Crisp, buttery, with the sea salt giving it a savory flavorful twist. Smart choice from the Saison team to serve them as mignardises post meal. Now Im only guessing here but, Batters Friandise kiosk is gonna go gangbusters when they open.

The chicken tamales from here are very good. I am very picky when it comes tamales. It was either homemade or nothing at all. Ive tried several companies tamales. These were excellent, the salsa had great flavor, the tamale was just the right texture and softness. Will return again in the future! Thanks

Huge Tamales year round! 3 for $5 or $18 dozen. They have three flavors with perfectly seasoned, moist masa. The traditional pork with red sauce are my favorite here. The chicken with green sauce are OK. The cheese with jalapeño strips are extra spicy and are just as good as the pork tamales.

We stopped in Stevenston ranch during our westcoast roadtrip and found that place by chance :) had two salads and they were absolutely delicious, big and cheap. Compared to usual American fat food, perfect!
