Food is fresh, reasonable sized portions, nothing fancy just a very good value for you dollar. Service is friendly, tables are clean, nothing more or less than you would expect from looking at the retro exterior. If we lived closer we be taking advantage of this place more often. They let us roll our bikes inside, not sure if this is policy or we just got lucky twice. I suspect it is just that kind of place, if you dont make a fuss and dont bother the other dinners, you are good.

Excellent little cafe! The staff are almost always friendly and helpful. The food is very good and I love the fact that they will offer you a salad instead of fries with your burger. Theyre dog friendly and have a great, well-covered patio. Excellent parking. Although they close a little early for dinner and arent open on many holidays, they are a nice place to hang out with friends. If you ride a motorcycle, show up for bike nites on Monday.

I happen to love this Diner, its pretty Standard Diner menu but they have a few cool things on the menu like the Simi scramble. The staff is very friendly and the food is delicious. There is an outdoor patio for dining as well as plenty of seating inside. Ive been there dozens of times and never seen it packed out and always been able to get my order in 15 minutes or less. Great Diner!

Met some friends here for lunch, and I gotta say this place is pretty legit. Nothing too fancy, but great food at a reasonable price with friendly wait staff. Not too far from the freeway, its tucked far enough down kuehner to be a quiet setting. Fairly clean, good food, decent wait times, fair pricing... a nice place to gorge on a lazy Sunday.

IVE LIVED ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE CAFE FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS SEEN AT LEASE FOUR FAILURES TRYING TOO CLICK SINCE THE ORIGINAL WALK INN. IT HAS THE BEST ALL AROUND MENU HOME COOKING BIG SERVINGS ALWAYS LEAVE WITH DOGGIE BAG EXCELLENT SERVICE AND COOKS MAKES THE OLD SUSANA CAFE A HOMETOWN JEWEL. WEEKENDS TAKE A BOOK.

I come here at least once a week, and every time my order is perfect and the staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Unless there is a large party or every seat is taken, I have never waited more than 15 minutes for my meal. I always get the experience Im looking for, and i would recommend anyone here.

Nice little getaway from commercial dinning. Food was very good fast and friendly. First time visit. Lived within walking distance of this place years ago but never took the time to eat here. They were always packed on weekends for the traditional motorcycle meets........ I will definitely return.

I dont know whats up with the reviews. The prices are decent, my food showed up very fast, the people are nice. I did ask why there was such reviews about food taking too long and they told me that they get very busy. So word of advice, get there early and there is no problem with timeliness.

I stopped for coffee. It was my first time and the staff was friendly. I ordered the carrott cake with my coffee. It was a large slice so I decided not to eat lunch but I was drooling over the food I saw others eating. Everyone looked happy with their food. Ill be back for more.

At the front entrance of what used to be Corraganville - it has to be a winner! Local flavor - good (not incredible) food and great service - breakfast and lunch is well worth the money. Especially nice in the spring and late summer -for outdoor dining -

I have always loved this place since it first opened and I had my house in the Santa Susana Knolls. Classic New York-Jewish / Simi Valley-American / California- Mexican style Dinner. Moderately priced, great taste and portions. Western Comfort Food

Ive always seen it and i knew i wanted to go and try it! It was very vintage looking with a warm feeling. The food was good. a bit pricy though.. and the service was ok.. the waitress werent very friendly at all. sadly...thats their down fall.

Between 4 & 5 stars. Pretty standard little American restraunt. Lovely outdoor seating, especially with the jasmine in bloom. Friendly staff, gentle & relaxing home-y atmosphere. More interesting vegetarian options would be appreciated!

My husband come here for breakfast several times a month. We love the staff and the menu is very good with specials on a white board. We also like that we can bring our puppy and sit outside in the their shaded patio. Family friendly.

Super nice staff but the food was very sub par. The eggs were cooked nicely but the potatoes were very dry and the toast was hard as a rock! It is also very loud inside and difficult to have a conversation.

Great service. Nine of us walked in for breakfast at 6am on a Saturday. There was 1 cook and 1 server. Our meals were up quick, and everyone was well taken care of. It was impressive.
