Yesterday was my first time here and will be my last. It was my lunch hour went with 2 of my coworkers there was one person in front of us waiting for his beer apparently they were out of the beer he asked for so he picked a different beer, guess what? They were out of it too. Now upset, he ended up choosing something else. One of my coworkers was up next she paid with cash ($20 bill), no change in the register had to wait for change (this was our lunch hour). The place wasnt even that busy. I was next I ordered the bacon burger and I asked for mushrooms and avocado (no avocado was added but she didnt charge me so I just ate it that way instead of going back to ask for it). My 3rd coworker asked for half zucchini half french fries, they didnt give her fries (she did go back and tell them). Food wise the burger was "ok" from a scale of 1-10 (10 being freaking delicious) I give it a 3 seems like the thousand island dressing is the main ingredient the bun was soaked felt like I was biting into wet bread and very messy to eat. Also we had to end up sitting somewhere we didnt want to sit because the tables we wanted to sit at still had food and a mess (no one cleaning). I would definitely not recommend or come back here.

This Knowlwoods gets mixed reviews for me. The $8.19 cheese burger combo is more expensive than the $7.20 Pollock Fish Tacos Combo and nowhere near as satisfying. IF these are the best burgers, they give burgers everywhere a bad name. Knowlwoods used to have a certain standard to their burgers, a certain heft, and restaurant quality in a mock trucker shack environment. While their style has changed over the years, I wish they would put more attention into these $6 burgers, or cut the price down a bit. If id rather go to Carls - weve got a problem. The Pollock or Salmon tacos however are FAAAaaan-taas-TIC!! Outside is a wonderfully large Motor Cafe Patio, and inside the floor space and areas to eat are spread out and pleasing to the eye. There are video games in the lobby, a pool table and air hockey table in the back room. Free WiFi, but the bandwidth sometimes is a little shotty. Overall it is a great place to hang out and eat, I just wish they had a burger combo special that didnt come with a sloppy burger.

Dont sit near the bathroom. It always smells like sewer gas. But if you sit elsewhere, the ambiance is a fun old ww2 era diner that isnt flashy like the "other one"... Its got bombs and a working street signal, fire hydrants and retro murals and antique decor. A couple places for medium size groups, a big outdoor seating area, and a few occassionally working arcade games. Oh and the food is decent diner food but nothing special. Its OK but youre there for the ambiance lol. The place is getting tired tho. With a good deep cleaning, and fixing up any broken stuff, it would be a 4 or 5

HORRIBLE!!!!!! We arrived at 7:30pm. The person behind the counter was in a rush to close the restaurant. She was rushing us to order. When I went to get my tea I asked her for lemon and she said "Im sorry, yes we do have lemon but I put it away". I asked her what time did they close and she said 9:pm. So I asked her why shes cleaning up already and she did not respond. NO WONDER WE WERE THREE OF THE 6 PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT DURING WHAT SHOULD BE THE BUSY DINNER RUSH!!!

Knowlwood used to hold to a higher standard.Not particularly well run anymore,their hamburgers have slipped a notch.Last time i was in here with my buddy,it was a warm night,wanted a milkshake-no icecream??Huh? Get some better management,harken back to your roots Knowlwood,make a killer burger agaun,spruce this place up some too would you? It hasnt changed in 20+ years...

This is a good family restaurant. The building is full of history, it looks like it used to be an old gas station. The burgers are great. They are known for their ma-hi ma-hi burger ( never had it) I normally get a cheese burger and a nice cold beer. They have a pool table and a few arcade games. Its a cool restaurant, I enjoy coming from time to time.

Food tasted good but the Worlds Best Bacon Cheeseburger was a sloppy mess. The fries were soggy and the onion rings tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. I would be embarrassed to serve this to my customers. I also tried to call in my order but received a recording telling me no one was available.

What an awesome restaurant! I always just thought Knowlwoods was a weird burger joint, but my god do they have some good food! But by far the coolest part of this place... is that its completely decked out with 1940s WWII stuff! Every single wall in this knowlwoods is classic!

Used to be the place we would go for burgers as a kid. While not much has changed. The food has. Its still pretty good, but more hit and miss than youd like. Staff has become complacent in their jobs. And now the wife just found hair in her food. Well thats life.

Ahhh. My favorite lunch spot. Love the Chicken Caesar Salad. Comes with a hot toasted bun. Nice food, nice prices. And never been disappointed with the staff. Throwback 40s branding . . . nice!
