Came in last Saturday night/Sunday morning and ordered a BLT with fries. All was well until I found a piece of plastic in my fries. I brought it to the attention of the waitress in a very non-abrasive manner and told her I would not be finishing my meal. When she brought me the check it still had the meal on it. I asked her to remove the sandwich from my bill which she did. My gripe isnt with the waitress as it wasnt her fault but the fact a silver dollar sized piece of plastic made it into my fries raises some serious quality control/sanitary questions. Enough that I wouldnt go back.

First time I came dishes were dirty, there was lipstick print in my cup of coffee! Like wtf! You guys couldnt see red lipstick print on a white coffee cup??? Dont get me wrong I love ihop, but these place is by far the dirtiest place ive eaten. Today my daughter and I were craving ihop so we wanted to give them another shot. It was a mistake, my daughter found a piece of glass in her french toast! The glass was in her mouth and she was crunching on it. I told her to spit it in a napkin and got someone right away. You guys definitely need to step your game up on cleaning this place.

Service was average..... I came here worth my 2 grandsons towards the end and before I was done I let the server know I was going to take boys to restroom.....when we came back a young man was cleaning up our table. Needless to say I was upset but just proceeded to get my tab and go pay.... the manager did come and apologize.... and packed my pancakes..... but after the embarrassing moment and uncomfortable situation a discount or gift card would of been greatly appreciated. I dont think Ill be coming back to this ihop even though Im out in this area every Monday. :-(

So disappointed this used to be my favorite IHOP! Not after today. They had us sitting for more than 5 minutes for a table when we were the only ones waiting to be seated! The girl said "give us 5 minutes to seat you" all rude we couldnt even get a "Hi how are you?" From her! 10 minutes later we were still waiting to be seated. Rude customer service, if people dont like their jobs why not find a better one theyll actually enjoy doing!!?

Chicken and waffles on fleek. The cooks cant cook over medium eggs to save their lives. Our server was nice and attentive - she split the bill for our party. There was inconsistencies in how they cook their bacon, some were crispy and others were tender. And the crepes looked gross and were too sweet. $4 for a glass of OJ, really? Foh with that. Would come back doe.

Worst service ever. To be fair it was a bit busy but not enough to where I had to wait over 10 minutes for my check, just to have to get up and ask for it myself. I still stood at the front for a while with nothing happening. It wasnt until I said if I didnt get my check I would walk out. Then did someone come up to give me my check.

I was in restaurant in May of 2016. Not sure what it was but the cooks in the back were phenomenal. I have eaten at lots of IHOPs across the country. Lots of them are 2 and 3 star restaurants. This one was awesome. I had the steak omelette. The meat was cooked perfectly and every other aspect of my familys meal was perfect. 5 stars

Visited on a Thursday afternoon, not busy by any means. Our food was delivered and that was the last time we saw our server. We had to flag down a different server for our check. Not once did anyone check on us, no refills on our drinks, no acknowledgement whatsoever. Very disappointing, will not revisit this location.

I was just there with my wife for the first time the girl who served us was very good and came by every 8 or 10 mins to see if we needed anything and she got our drinks and good to us very fast usually at other places it would take a little while to get our food ... I would go back to this IHOP great place

Recently had some real bad service. It seemed like there was one server for the whole restaurant and it was about 8 pm. Probably 10-15 people eating, and getting a small meal took forever and a day. I dont know if I can blame her it seems as though they might have been shortstaffed.

Really bad, it was too, long 10 minutes for the server showed up , 5 minutes to get a cup of decaf coffe , and another 15 minutes to get my food and . With 3 tables ocuppied, i am not planning to come back to this , is a really bad experience. At 9 am

I am sitting in ihop right now and writing it. I will give a 0. The service is pathetic and really slow also our ordered arrived late and not at all pleasant to eat biscuits were like they were rotten and kept from ages. I will never go again !!

Ordered food to go,had my girl pick it,she drove 20 miles to have bfast with me just to find a hair in my bfast sampler,wow,i didnt order that,i guess i should pay more attention to whats included in the food they serve...poor quality

I had breakfast this morning here and I didnt like the food at all I always come to IHOP and eat but they burn my bacon so bad it tasted like chips to me, I got a bad stomach now I recommend the one on 17th way better service.

Poached eggs were not correct. Had to wait for them to be remade and they were still done hard and not easy. I could have stayed home and boiled my own eggs. Lesson learned.
