I dont want any more stinky homeless people in arizmendis bakery. There are Places for Them to go and get free bread. When you walk along B street to ho to The Thai restaurant there is urine there and feces from people. Dog feces doesnt bother me but people poop is gross. If they want to let homeless people into arizmendis they Should give Them Food for free at The homeless Food centers and at The Kerner Center also and The City Can pay arizmendis more money To keep baking more or they could expand to Blue Skies Employment and let get up at 3 Am to make buns ready for The rest Of US Good people work Its nor very hard but We want our sconws croissants bagels pizza to at 6 AM so Why listen to These suggestions arizmendis i am going to Call everyday and have my friends Call everyday to make this happen Maybe yall are very Angry at those stück up suburbanites in their with their clickes and their fake act you know

Usually I dont like scones but there werent a ton of options when I came in today. Sunday at 10:30. Based on prior reviews I was looking forward to their pecan bun but none available so opted for the scone. I never order scones but this one is really good. Not dry and super buttery. Probably not the healthiest option but I really liked the texture of this one. 5* for the scone. The ham and cheese bread pudding was super cheesy. Would have been better warm. 3* for the ham & cheese. Chai tea was pretty good. Strong chai flavor and not as sweet as starbucks. Overall, good place to grab a snack and would return.

Five need to know facts about Arizmendi 1. The cookies are amazing, the bread not so much, but its all fresh daily. 2. Lots of great options for the gluten-free crowd 3. It can be hit or miss depending on the day. The offering vary daily. 4. Decent coffee, plenty of seating, but no parking. 5. The whole place is self serve, which Im not a huge fan of, just too many hands going in and out of the trays.

Similar menu to its sister sites. Breads, rolls, etc. tend toward rustic & substantial rather than dainty/flaky. Love their cheese rolls, wolverines & shortbread. Adequate seating; sometimes live entertainment; atmosphere a little sterile. Looking forward to the time when they begin to develop their own distinctive atmosphere and recipes reflecting the Marin location & proximity to Marin farms.

Amazing baked goods. My favorites are the cherry corn scone, chocolate chip cookie and pizza. Their pizzas are amazing, I have not had any pizza that I would not get again. Other good stuff is the ricciareli and cinnamon bun. Only the peanut butter cookie has been disappointing -- not nearly enough peanut butter.

I wont recommend this place , I thought the employees were professional. Some are and others are very incompetent. I have bad experienced today . There was a white lady employee with some horrible attitude. I walked away and I never will get anything from this idiots .

So delicious! I love the amazing and wonderful selection here and being able to walk in and just pickup something that was so obviously freshly-baked is wonderful. Ive made it a morning ritual to stop and get something for later in the day...what motivation!

Nice bakery cafe! Wish more things were vegan, but glad there was something for us! Very cool that it is employee owned too. If you have no dietary restrictions, then this place is easily a solid 5 stars, must go to place for breakfast or lunch.

Every meal Ive had here has been delicious. I used to work nearby, and this was one of my go-tos for breakfast or lunch. Also loved treating my kids to their home-baked English muffins. Oh, and their cookies are epic. I could go on and on. Yum.

Best breakfast bakery in Marin. Cherry corn scones are almost as good as cheese board. Arizmendis bialis are better! No better option for the morning. Wish they were open at 6:30am, so my wife and I could stop on the way to work. Thanks!

This is the first bakery to open in San Rafael and it is really good! The chocolate cookies are the best i have ever had, especially when they come out the oven. Definitely go here if ever in San Rafael and wanting a tasty treat.

I like their pizzas of the day, always something new and interesting to try for only 3.50 a slice! The pastries and breads are mostly dry, but they have a good refrigerated section with salads, sandwiches, drinks and soups.

Nice addition to the town in this new complex. Lots of seatings inside and outside. No crowd. However, some freshness seems missing from their pastry and pizzas, comparing to their 9th Ave location.
