Poor service Drive Thru sucks they need to hire the proper people for customer service and hire a better cook . I have feathers on my chicken and they never give you all your items that you order I ordered 12 biscuits they gave me 2 jelly packets and i specifically asked for only jam ,and i didnt get my red beans and rice this is the second time that this has happen to me last time they forgot to give me my drinks and both times I spent over $40 I will be contacting the corporate office because everytime I call there is no answer

Bad management. Customer service has improved, but still needs work. Drive thru takes 20-45 minutes on average. Youre better off driving to the Popeyes in Berkeley on San Pablo & University Ave. *UPDATE 7/10/17* Nothing has changed!! This is horrible! If you cant make it to the Popeyes in Berkeley, just go to KFC, Churches, or just find a few chickens, butcher them, fry them, and that will STILL be faster than this Popeyes.

The food is about what youd expect, which is to say pretty good. Wait time is better than at some locations Ive seen, too. BIG word of warning, though: ALWAYS check the order when you get it. This place seems to get it wrong only marginally less than they get it right, especially if you order something with a name that is similar to something else.

Ive been here several times years ago and its gone down the toilet. This location is filthy...tables, floors, bathrooms. Chicken pieces are the size of twigs and NO BREASTS! Service is slooooow and a line forms out the door. Staff reacts like theyll pull a knife on you if you ask for extra napkins. I give it minus ZERO stars if I could.

Why is it always hard to sell what they offer....asked for 12 piece mixed family meal , what we got was 1 breast 2 wings 2 thighs SERIOUSLY??? and THE rest of LEGS (7) ..CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!! I would of spent less in 3 $ dollar boxes , didnt know I would get riped off....Shame on you guys ...here goes a picture

This is the worst Popeye Chicken that Ive been to. On Tuesdays all Popeyes have a sale of two pieces of chicken for 99 cents. I try to get 5 orders (10 pieces) and there was a maximum of just 2 or 4 orders). Never heard of this at other Popeyes.. Never again will I go here

Only put 1 star because they dont let me out 0. This place is disgusting. Food everywhere on the floor and on the tables. The older lady Sandra C was RUDE. No customer skills. Wasnt even going to charge me for my order. Please check your food before leaving as well .

Prices arent as advertised, doesnt honor specials, crew seems over worked and under payed. Yet still friendly management should be addressed. Im changing my review the food, is always good customer service is above average. Drive Thru line is long.

Popeyes is delicious and worth the occasional foray into San Pablo. Thats all I have to say about that. Though, if you like kebabs you might look up kebab express just on the other hidden side of the shopping center that this location sits next to.

Went to this place today, they were advertising rippin chicken in the window but when we got inside to the register we were told that they didnt have it anymore after driving from Richmond, which isnt far but its the principle. We left.

The line took 30 minutes. We were asked 3 times at the window what drinks wed ordered, then were given the wrong drinks. We were told they dont have Sweet Tea, or Cajun Sparkle. We were also given regular chicken instead of spicy.

After waiting for a long time to receive my order for some chicken tenders, the food was lukewarm when I arrived at my hotel about a block away. I had to microwave my order to warm it up. The food was lacking in flavor.
