I went to the Vancouver Mall (Vancouver, WA) restaurant around 10:50pm after finishing food shopping; wanted quick bite too eat and was too hungry to home to cook. I ordered ONLY 5 chicken tenders (NO sides or anything else) and was asked to wait 4-5 min; no problem! I pulled around, and waited, and I waited and after over 20min waiting (it was now 11:11) I was actually getting out of my car to confront the restaurant when a employee came out with my food. NO explanation or apology or even just any extra tender or something for taking 20min for my food! Mainly was frustrated because no one told me what was going on and by then were 3 other cars were waiting!!! So I asked the employee who came for corporate contact information to file a complaint and was told to go back through the drive through; which I did. There I waited; again. No one came to the window and when I knocked, was told a manager was coming. ANOTHER 5 min go by and after repeatedly making eye contact with (Manager 1), she eventually came over after she saw me taking pictures of the corporate contact information posted on the drive through window. I asked why it took so long and why no one came out to offer an explanation and she just said (as she continued to work) that tenders take a while to cook. I asked why then I was told 4-5min, if I had known longer I would have said no and just went home. All she would say is "Tenders take a while to cook"; thats it. The drive through is listed as open until 1am mind you, so I was not close to closing. I asked for her name and the other managers name (which took some time to get from her; and took me directly asking why she was refusing to give it to me) and did get the other managers name. But never saw a name tag. As I pulled away I pulled out the first tender; COLD!

I dont love this location but I dont hate it. Bad: I do think its weird I ordered just tenders and I was told "It has to come with a side, I cant just give you the tenders"... even though a couple weeks ago I ordered just the tenders at the hazel dell location and had no issues. Also, the chicken that is on the bone is always pretty dry and chincy. My friend actually had me go back for a couple more pieces because they were so bad and they refused to replace them. Once he just decided to pay for it, again, it was bad. They turn the "bread machine" off about 2 hours before closing so no PoBoy... But heres the good: its close to home and once when I tried ordering a PoBoy and was told they dont have bread she included a "couple extra pieces" for me- this turned out to be a box of biscuits and two extra boxes packed with tenders as well as on the bone. THAT was the one time their customer service has been amazing.

Some pretty bad reviews for some reason, im here right now 20mins before closing and theyre cooking me fresh chicken so I gotta wait 15mins, no biggy. They gave me free mac n cheese to make up for the wait. Nice service . Im sure the food will be adequate, if it isnt ill come change my review. Edit: aaaand the food was great! Fresh as possible too since it has just come out of the fryer! Crispy, hot, spicy and delicious. Great fries, the free mac was A OK, and the biscuit was buttery and warm. Overall: would eat there again most definitely. Maybe going 20mins before closing is the best way to go about it, freshly cooked chicken fry!

Absolute garbage. The lady took my order then repeated back completely wrong. Then waited 10 minutes (9.5 to be exact) art the window. The staff were yelling back and forth arguing and even though the window was closed everything could be heard clearly. When my food finally got to me, no apology for the wait, no thank you, she just shoved my food through the window forcing me to nearly drop it. Ive never been to Popeyes before and ill never be back. Who serves biscuits without butter? Dipping sauce was the best part.

Just went took me 30 minutes to get through the drive through. The way the parking lot is set up I was trapped until right before the ordering board. No apology for the wait or even mention of it. Employee wasnt rude by any means but an explanation, discount or apology for that long of a wait would have been nice. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and received my food faster. Next time Ill go to the hazel dell location.

Horrible I ordered 12 pcs meal and they had me wait 10 min fine but then I got not only 1 but both side orders were wrong there chicken was old and soaked with grease I went back and they said I have to come in tomorrow morning for a refund, the only good thing from the meal was the biscuits. This is the first time and last time I would ever eat there and I wouldnt recommend anyone to this restaurant!!!!!!!!!

Almost always screws up my order and I get shorted food a lot and if you call them on it they look at you like you are hiding chicken... -.- ... I go here to get that oh so DELICIOUS chicken (and it REALLY is, especially if you mix your hot sauce with honey or syrup) not sass. The food is worth it, it really is... just make sure you order from INSIDE so you can double check without going anywhere.

I always have a great experience. Just ordered a 14pc with 3 sides & biscuits. Everything was apot on again. The staff was friendly as always. If you dont like to wait there like me, they have always been spot on with my phone orders! It isnt a burger joint, so expect to wait long enough to cook the chicken if you just walk in outside normal rush hours.

Not a great Popeyes Location, I was hassled about sauces, then not given all of the ones i paid for, once we got home we found out we were missing a side that we paid for and when i called to rectify the employee tried claiming another purchased side was in place of that, but did finally acquiesce and gave us a free side "in the book".

Horrible... the customer service sucked. My order was completely wrong. They made my kids meals spicy instead of mild like i asked; they gave me the wrong drinks; the red beans and rice service g size is much smaller at this store than the other popeyes. I would not recommend this store for your popeyes experience.

Please shut down worse customer service. Definitely will just continue going to Taco Bell and burgerville down the street. Never been treated so rudely. Plus food was over cooked and also I ordered a combo surf n turf and I guess you dont gets drink or a sauce with it. Please retrain your crew or close your doors!

Not really seeing the attraction here spendy, greasy Fried Chicken and not very good. The employees are very friendly. I dont see the attraction to the food though only slightly better than KFC who I wont even eat at because all their stores are 35 years old and dirty as hell. Popeyes is clean at least.
