Boy did I miss something here with the reviews? My employee and I went in today for lunch. Figured good time to try for first time, thinking shouldnt be as busy as evening hours. So we got there and yes not to busy, maybe about 20-25% business. So we get there and order. Well we SAT and SAT and SAT for 30-40 min. after we ordered. The waitress did come over once and say she had to ask the cook what was up with our order. Then the food came. Portions are good for price. Quality? VERY PEDESTRIAN!! I.e. average. We have local burger places up here in Paso and Atascadero that put this place to shame. My employee felt the same as I. We both felt good that at least we didnt waste the time of our wives going in the evening. Oh btw my employee got the build a burger and I the popcorn shrimp.

The customer service was outstanding especially for her being so young! They went above and beyond the Call of Duty compared to how customer services these days! It was our first time there and we were celebrating our sons 21st birthday the only reason why I gave it three stars is because our neighboring table bought my son a shot of tequila before we left as were leaving out the door then he went down and sit back down at his table while we left the bartender ran after us in an accusatory way as if we didnt pay the bill for the two shots but it was the neighboring table that bought the drink he was not apologetic and rude, I wont be back because it was just very special occasion and we usually dont go to places like this but the customer service was excellent and the food was satisfactory

We decided to give the place a try when they opened. We had been to other locations before and decided to have a birthday dinner here. The service was terrible. She just rushed and cashed us out just as our food came, we assumed she was maybe leaving but no she was still working when we left and just used it as an excuse to ignore us.Hoping it was a one off thing and that they were just new we tried once again and same thing. This time it was just my friend and I and it wasnt busy. It took forever to get our food and then they ignored us forgetting our beer until we had finished eating. At that point we didnt t even want them anymore but they didnt offer any sort of compensation. You are much better off visiting one of the places downtown or even wing stop.

Service was good, pleasant and attentive waitress. We ordered 2 entrées and a burger each, however the waitress did get this wing by being everything out at the same time (would have liked a space between the entrées and the burger) and only have us the one burger, however this was easily rectified. The wings were great however they were so big they didnt seem natural. Best selection was good but so expensive (some beers were $9). Had a family feeling on one side of the restaurant with a college kids feel on the other which was a good balance. Overall the food was just ok, nothing special. Would have gone back of the beers were a little cheaper.

Awesome service from both the host captain and the server. Tried 4 sauces with our large 24 piece traditional. The honey bbq, the spicy garlic the asian zing and the classic medium. Sauce recommendations were on point! They were deliciously tasty. Our cups were never empty he brought us what we asked for extra sause for our chicken nachos, napkins and best part of all never rushed us. Great job! Love going here the atmosphere is awesome and the staffs service is always great. Been here quite a few times these past two months. Thank you for taking good care of us.

We came here because we could bring our little dog and watch the football game. I went inside since I didnt think they would know we were out there. It took at least 5 minutes for someone to come out. Then went to get menus. We ordered drinks and waited for a while again. We ordered chicken nachos. They came with the chicken cold and hardly anything else on them. Literally a couple tablespoons of cheese sauce, barely the same amount of chili and some lettuce. It came with a lot of jalapeños though. The waiter was nice but we hardly saw him.

Same ol story with B Dubs... horrible service. Took 5-7 mins to acknowledge we were present... received the beer fast but took 15 mins for someone to take our order. Numerous times the bartenders passed us up, never refilled my water. Finally someone took our order but I refuse to give them anymore of my money. Probably a blessing for my stomach anyways. Every B Dubs I have been to provides horrible service... this location is no different.

WHile BWW is new to the area and the deprived folks here in the county are not use to a modern day sports bar, here you go. If the music is too loud ask to turn it down.. they will do that for you. If the lights are too bright ask them to turn them down.. Quit being stuck up snobs and learn to express your feelings. Its a great place with good food and awesome sports enviroment to watch any sport you like.

Favorite place to watch Monday night football, good variety in appetizers n wing sauces. The staff is great from the greeter Kaila who makes me feel welcome as soon as I walk in, to the guys at the bar all the way up to the management staff. But Sara is my favorite waitress hands down, stays with a beautiful smile on her face, very personable and gives me the best experience everytime I come in.

Was as expected. A chain restaurant and we kinda came in towards the end of the night. It was about midnight and they close at 2. The food was okay but the wings had like no sauce on them. Im used to bomb wings with sauce and they were like...crunchy microwaved and 2 drops of sauce. Not horrible but not great either.

Worst service ever at a BWW. Many mistakes on the order. Just horrible experience all around. The SLO BWW location is to be avoided. Worst BWW I have ever been to - and not just on todays visit - almost every visit to the SLO BWW has had issues. Regrettably, I will not be going back to this location again.

You really need a full time bar back! One bartended sering the entire place? Everytime I come in, the line of servers waiting for drink orders is so long and thats why I wont sit anywhere but the bar. but its a catch22 since the bartender is busy filling everyone elses drinks while I sit with an empty cup

Chain wings and beer place. Pretty decent, tons of different beer on tap, service is usually pretty decent, and food is what youd expect. One definite pro, is that this place is one of the few where you can get a full menu in SLO until two in the morning. It gets high ratings just for that.
