Very disappointing experience!! 8 of us seniors had lunch there and even though 2 came with walkers we were seated in an elevated area with a step up. One of our ladies fell flat on her face going down the step. The peramedics were called and after about 1/2 hour or so determined that she was OK. She came back to our table with a bruised lip and hurting from the fall. While she was with the paramedics her food and that of one of the ladies (a nurse) who stayed with her while with the paramedics, was just sitting there getting cold . We asked the server to warm it up and the reply we got was: Were very busy right now and it might take a while... When their food arrived it was very dry. I talked to the manager and suggested that they not charge the injured lady and was told they couldnt do it because of legal reason. it might look like a bribe. I then told her about the lunches for the injured lady and her friend being dry and the manager told me that they can do something about that. I mentioned to the manager that the elevated area is very dangerous and invites accidents like this. She said they had installed a side rail (very small) and a sign (very small). So i said that you must have had accidents like this happening before and she acknowledged that it had. The manager then talked to the injured lady and yet she did nothing about the dry lunches as she had promised.! When we were leaving, my friends who had come with the walkers couldnt leave because the walkers were placed by the restaurant staff too far away for the handicapped ladies to get. I located them and we somehow managed to get them down the step with their walkers. The staff was nowhere in sight! The space where we had to get them down the step was very narrow because another person was sitting very close the that exit area. As far as the server is concerned she was pleasant in the beginning but never checked back to see if the food was OK. I found my food mediocre and dry.. This restaurant has staff that needs an education on handicapped people and health hazards.

The restaurant experience is grade A. Its very clean and well appointed. The staff was very polite and attentive. The food, however, was underwhelming. I ordered the filet cooked medium and my husband had the braised short ribs. The braised rib entree alone might have afforded this place 4 stars had it not been for the substitution of carrots for sqash without warning. The ribs were very well seasoned and tender. The steak dish is where Sienna looses points. The first steak they brought out was a little more than well done and not edible. After alerting the waiter he immediately took the plate back to the kitchen and had them prepare another. My husband was kind enough to share a few bites of his meal while I patiently waited for my meal. The second steak was closer to medium but was a bit stringy and made me question its quality. It was oddly seasoned and the flavor of the truffle butter was completely overwhelmed by the charred seasoning. To make matters worse the brussel sprouts it came with were fried and had no life at all. It reminded me of burned potato straws not greens at all. There are plenty of other items on the menu to choose but in my opinion if the most expensive cut of steak on the menu isnt treated well by the chef then the entire menu is questionable.

We took our Mother there on the Saturday before Mothers day. The advantage began with us having to sit in the bar or outside, where it was took cold and breezy for my 78 yo Mother. Then after we ordered it took over an hour to get our food. Once we got the food, my plate was cold and so was the food on it, it was suppose to be hot food. My Mothers salad was warm and wilted and the grilled chicken on the side was stone cold, dry as Nevada and so very hard and tough. I sent my plate back and it still came back cold. I spoke to the manager and his excuse was that it was Mothers Day. I told him that this was not the nations first Mothers day and that he would have staffed his house accordingly. It was not their first Mothers day, so he knew it would be busy. I was SO embarrassed that I had taken our Mom there for Mothers day. Never again. I will be taking her to a different restaurant in a couple of weeks to make up for their foul food and service.

We were there for drinks and some appetizer on Sat night Oct 4th 2015. The restaurant look nice but staffs dont have good training about how treating customers. The waitresss face dont look friendly when we told her we just want to have some drinks. 10 mini later we order more drinks and food then she start show us her nice face. We spend about $83 and tip her $20 dont mater how she do the job. We paid by credit card and she forgot to gave us back credit card. Next morning we went back to ask the credit card back and one of the staff didnt even check and just told us No credit card left here last night. I asked them check again and then 15min later that lady staff have the credit card to gave back to us without apology. No one apology for their mistake at all. We so disappointed how this company train their staffs. We will never go there again. Bistro 33 much much better then Sienna.

Tonight my girlfriend and I were celebrating her new job offer! We wanted something different, something classy, somewhere far from Downtown with good service and good food and drink! I was up until 3am last night searching and saw Seinna! Made a reservation. Greeting by hostess upon our arrival was very polite, prompt, warm and professional! Our waitress was amazing, she asked if any occasion? and I told her. Drink (Cucumber Martini) was unique and so refreshing, Food was great, and dessert... our waitress had written CONGRATS on the plate and created a smily face for my girlfriend! We will never forget this night! Very impressive and we both truly enjoyed our time and food at Sienna! My girlfriend asked for manager and she personally expressed that how impressive our waitress and the service was! We will definitely go back! RT

One of your employees came into UHaul a few days ago and told me that Sienna was a fairly new resturant in El Dorado Hills, and were looking for help. Seeing that my brother had just graduated from culanry school, I told her about him. She said by all means come and apply. I had never heard of the resturant and brought my wife, two children, and my brother and his girlfriend to the resturant. Tonight I found the best food I ever tasted. My wife and I ordered the flank steak, medium. Most restraunts Ive been to dont know medium, they either under cooked or over cook the meat. The chef at Sienna hit the nail right on the head. PERFECT! Our waitress recomended the best wine Ive had in years (2008 st. supery moscato). My kids loved the pizza and chicken tenders. All I have to say is five starrs! :)
