I go to this place for the UFC events and would have gave 5 stars if I wrote this the first time. Unfortunately todays visit was pretty bad. On UFC day the place get a little over crowded so getting service once you get a table can be slow going but they cant help that part of it. Getting my table was very unpleasant this time around. I tell the employee at the front I need a table for 4. When the table is ready I have 2 of my guests with me and we are waiting for the last to arrive shortly. Since they will not seat you unless your WHOLE party is there we were told to sit and wait on a nearby bench. After a minute another employee tells us that she is gonna take us to our table and our late guest can just meet us there. After we sit down I get a call from my last guest saying they wont let anymore people in as the place had gotten beyond capacity. So I go to the front and tell the employee that does the seating about the problem and she tells me she had me down for 3 not 4 people. I explain that I told her 4 people at the time and she says " I have 3 people written down. Sorry cant let him in."I explain again that I told her a table for 4(knowing for sure I said 4) regardless of what she mistakenly wrote down. Then she goes as far as to tell me that I should have corrected her about that earlier because when they initially seated us she warned that we would have to give up our 2 remaining seats at the table to the next party of 2 and let them sit at our table(their policy, which I could live with). So she was basically saying that I should have known that she had us down for only 3 when she told us about the 2 remaining seats because the table only had 5 seats. At the time I hadnt seen the table or known how many seats it had regardless so how stupid is that anyway? Waited a long time before they let our last guest in. Very unprofessional, a ridiculous logic to how I was wrong and she was right. I would never treat a customer like that, ever. I let a lot of the getting slow/bad service stuff go because I know it gets so busy on those nights but there was no reason for that. I dont think I will be going back.

First time at Buffalo Wild Wings. Christina was our server. She was great!!! She told me and my friend all about your products including appetizers, sauces, entrees and drinks! My friend wanted a beer and usually gets colors light but she explained how much more she would enjoy one of your other "upgraded" drafts so she tried it and loved it. She turned us on to your corn "fritters" and those were also great! She explained all the sauces you offer then had us sample a half dozen of our top choices and helped us decide what would be best to our liking. Christina continued to check back with us during our meal and made sure we were totally satisfied! WE WERE!!! She was awesome! Food was great! Service was great! We will be back.

The service was horrbile. The waitress sat in front of us while ordering which was rude. She then insisted we try an appetizer with everything on it but failed to explain it would be extra for every topping. We didnt get to finish ordering because she got impatient and told us she would return whenever we were ready to order. She brought only one drink while we had to wait for the other. The wings and appetizers themseleves were good after we waited so long for them. The second drink she brought tasted like it had just sat in the back for a while. She then asked to keep my change as a tip. Even though the food was good, they could greatly imorove the experience.

I honestly would not even rate this place 1 star it was like a ZERO star. I went on 11/22/2016 with my family the food was cold and the place has no respect for there customers. I would recommend going some place else.. Its dirty and cold and especially waitress named Mariah black hair kinda thick is so disrespectful cant handle customer service then get off this planet!!! Or dont work! Vacation was ruined because this place. Will never go back to buffalo wild wings. DONT EAT AT THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO WAIT AN HOUR AND EAT COLD FOOD & GET FOOD POISING. SO DISGUSTING!!!!

Went with my husband last weekend, and was completely ignored. We sat at the bar & the male bartender attended to the persons on our right & left. We had to flag him down for our drink orders. Then a woman in a "Captian" jersey came to ask if we wanted to taste test some sauces, we said no, but we wanted to order food, her response was "oh, thats not with me..." after 20min of not getting my drink or further service, I told my husband to pay for his beer & I went outside. I will not go back, very disappointing experience.

Pésimo. Súper lentos para atendernos y traer Los menú (10 min) para traer la comida duraron 30 minutos y yo pedí una ensalada cesar la cual estaba terrible la lechuga toda caliente y deshidratada, las papas fritas todas blandas. Fue horrible nunca más volveremos ahí

Unfriendly bartenders, they didnt even look at me for at least 7 minutes while I sat at the bar (it wasnt even busy at the bar, just a few people there). The bartenders on a Saturday were African American and Hispanic lady. They just were making drinks for people in the restaurant. Eventually the Hispanic girl points a finger at me I guess that means what drink I want so I ordered it and the African American Girl made it and handed it to me, totally bad unfriendly customer service.

25 min waiting on a table. No one came. Asked the manager Jennifer for our server. She just pointed out the " server in our section . But did not helped us at all. 10 min later got only the menus on the table. So we decided to wait again. And guess what?. No one came after 38 minutes waiting. SUNDAY NIGHT AT 9.00 pm. So we decided to leave. It before asked to speak to the manager. I explained my concern. She basically said. You have more options

Got here at 740 pm and waited an hr for them to call us in for a table, went in to see what going on, they stared they called us. Nope. I was sitting there waiting and waiting..then they hurry and give us a table, and now we are waiting to get our order taken no one has even talked to us... its not even busy at all.. not coming back. No regard for their customers. Poor service. I guess thats what happens when management is disorganized.

10 minutes wait in the lobby, despite obviously unoccupied tables. Got seated, I believe, at the dirtiest area.... floor was a mess. 15 minute wait in the booth waiting for drink order, despite 3 different servers at adjacent tables. They need to understand that their food alone is not worth what they charge. If they dont take care of the ambience and the service, there is no reason to return here.
