There was only one overworked gal up front when I went. She did a fine job filling and rolling my burrito, but had to call for cashier help for a while before we could seal the deal. Luckily, it wasnt very busy at the time and we didnt suffer too much for the wait. On a different note, I think I got sick from eating here. This was the only thing I ate differently from my housemates that day... and come the next day, I was sick and they werent. This was mid-November, though. Even if it wasnt from this, Im sure theyve rectified their condiments by now. Chipotles really suffered in the past weeks.

Very slow service, dead pan responses to my order. Had the grilled chicken tacos and salad, grilled chicken was brought from back full and fresh looking, but cold, I told them about the cold chicken and was told they would let them know, but didnt do that while I was there, and continued to serve other customers the same chicken. I asked if it could be warmed up, was told they can not do that. I went home and warmed it myself, I will not go back. Have not had that happen at other locations, I cannot recommend this location.

Wow.... I got it delivered to me. I asked for black beans, and there was NO beans. And omg.. instead of Guacamole.. they gave me half of an avocado. A very very very hard avocado. Disgusting. And also, the sour cream was spoiled. And Ive also had a problem with their chips.. 80% of the chips I got were stale.

So, we got there *right* before closing, and got the nicest, most good natured and generous service I have received *anywhere* in recent memory, let alone somewhere like Chipotle. Thanks for being so cheery and sweet guys!

The service was okay.. The rice had too much lime. So much that my food tasted sour and the chicken was extremely salty.. Ive been to other chipotles and never had this problem. :/

9 times out of 10 the service is extremely slow with poor customer service. In addition, the manager has been rude to customers including myself in a phone call.
