Raw food and expremely rude service today! Ive been having lunch at this restraunt on and off for about 10 years, even before the new ownership to bring in the chinese food menu. The food usually is ok, Ive enjoyed the hawaiian plate lunches. The service nothing special but tolerable why Id still go back. Today I ordered Katsu Chicken plate and was limited on my lunch time so took it to go. I got back to the office and was suprised when I saw the chicken was pink inside...really pink. Thinking to myself people can really get sick on raw or pink chicken, I decided to take it back and get my $10.81 back as I didnt have time nor an appetite to eat the food there. I drove all the way back and when I showed them the chicken, very nicely saying it was under-cooked, one of the 3 woman there said "Its not pink". So I broke open a piece of chicken to show her and she said theyll make me another one. I graciously said no thank you and asked for my money back. They said NO! We dont do refunds? I asked for my money back and told her I paid with debit, she asked me for my receipt. I opened my purse and my wallet was open on top with receipts sticking out of it. The other lady at the cash register actually reached INSIDE my purse and pulled out a receipt from my wallet!! Whaaat? I couldnt believe it. I told her please dont reach in my purse, thats rude. She said sorry. I only found the register receipt (not the credit card receipt they were asking for) which I realized they never gave me. When I said I dont have that receipt, the lady said "Thats your problem, not mine! No refunds". I was obviously flustered and a bit upset by this point, I couldnt believe how rude they were being. Then she said to order something else from the menu, I again said I didnt want anything, just my money back. She again said no. I asked for the manager and they said he wasnt there and doesnt speak english, so I asked them to call him. They ignored me. I told them I wasnt leaving until I got my money back (it wasnt about the $ at this point, I didnt care, I wasnt going to let them treat me so poorly with no consequence). The lady again said there was nothing wrong with the meat, and said how would we stay in business if we served raw meat. I said people make mistakes, it happens, just please give me my $ back. I said Ill take cash since it was debit anyway, they said no. She said "what am I supposed to do with this (food) now? We dont do refunds". I told her to through it away, surely she wouldnt serve it to another patron. I then turned around at people in the restraunt because there was obviously a scene being made. I said outloud, would anyone in this restraunt eat pink chicken? 4 guys at a table watching all shook their heads no. Probably not the best thing for me to get the patrons at the restraunt involved, I was REALLY upset at how I was being treated by this point. This went on for a few more minutes and I said I wasnt leaving until I received a refund. Finally the cashier popped open the register and handed me $10, then closed it. Geeez, the meal was for $10.81...sooo I asked for the rest of the $. They argued with me more, then finally gave it to me and the rude woman actually said dont ever come in here again! Wow! Sometimes food at restraunts arent up to par, I understand that. Thats why I was very nice when I went back initially. I have never been treated so poorly, so rudely, and then told to never come back because THEIR chicken was raw and they refused to refund my money! Not only did they lose a customer for life, I told everyone at work what happened, and they now have this yelp review. Funny, when I originally went in, I thought about ordering catering from them for my daughters graduation party...No way..not now! Suggestion- be nice to your customers. If their not happy, do what you can to resolve the situation (even if its refunding $10.81) rather than making a scene in your restraunt and getting bad reviews.... This experience was truly horrible, I never would even want to return...

Love the War Won Ton soup - its so good! But today I walked 3 blocks to get it and when I got back to my office I realized that I got regular Won Ton Soup instead. =( Not happy. But people make mistakes so hopefully they will make it up to me next time - and next time I will CHECK my order before I leave. 7/20/17 Ok, Im revising my review to 5 stars - its was a mistake and the War Won Ton is still the best in town! Pot Stickers are off the hook too!

I dont even know how they still are in business. Rude customer service , you are not allowed to take management numbers or complain about the food they serve you. They simply will tall you that there is nothing wrong with the food , eat it or leave it. No refund for bad food dry shrimp and bad customer service . Never going there again.

Came here for the Hawaiian barbeque and was pleasantly surprised. Lots of flavor and a good portion of food for the price. Clean store with friendly staff.

Great Chinese Food. The Chinese Buffett is great. All you can eat in less than 10 dollars. Great. I recommend everybody to try that restaurant.
