The best bagels! I go here a few times per month, usually for breakfast on weekends. I do not think it is physically possible to make a better bagel than what you will get at Regal. My favorites: - Toasted all-in-one bagel with honey walnut cream cheese - Toasted pesto cheese bagel with honey walnut cream cheese. Their bagels are fresh out of their Cutler bakery oven. If you ask for cream cheese they will toast your bagel in their rolling toaster and then smother it with a lot of cream cheese. $6 will get you two bagels with your choice of cream cheese and you will be full until well past lunch time. Coffee is $1.40 - $2 depending on the size. They have good coffee. The bakery is small and, rain or shine, is almost always packed on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Even if the line extends outside of the building your wait will be ~10 minutes or less. Dont worry, these guys are fast and youll be happy you waited. This place is busy. Despite the relaxing piano music and "friends and family" atmosphere, Regal is not the kind of place where you would do homework or read a book on the weekend. The same 4-5 people are always working on weekends and they have always been friendly, smiling, fast, and they remember your order. My advice: If you get a toasted bagel with cream cheese, eat it as soon as they hand it to you. The bagels cool down quickly once they are toasted. The bagels are decent when they are cold but they are heavenly when they are still warm! The temperature makes a big difference.

First time I went I got a breakfast crousant sandwich and the crousant was not cooked all the way. I hate undercooked crousants, probably would have been good otherwise. I decided to give it another shot thinking maybe it was a bad batch so I got turkey sandwich and again...... The crousant is undercooked. So disappointed because it would be a great sandwich otherwise. Bagel would be a better choice, I just dont care for them.

Feels a bit like my previous homes: Los Angeles vibe with open windows and New York vibe with fresh bagel smell and a bit of a hussle. Bagels are awesome and their sandwiches are authentic bagel style with hint of fresh fare from Cali. Lox is fresh and delish.

My go to place for breakfast on the way to work. Bagels and spreads are always made fresh and even though there is a line to the door you wont wait more than 5 minutes. My suggestion, Kona coffee and the garlic bagel sandwich with pepper lox.

The people are great, the bagels, loaded w/your favorite fillings, are superb. Weekends take a while to order, but worth the wait! Bring your phone or paper and enjoy the company. I hope they dont get more popular!!

great coffee great bagel sandwiches however listen to me this is very important lets not put the complimentary pickle slice in a little ziplock baggie at lunch time because it makes it taste like plastic seriously

Great little family shop trained in the art by a New Yorker. If they could import the NY water itd be spot on. And of course they toast it if you want. Lunch is an option too. Good sandwiches.

Best bagels in the bay. Love the turkey and avocado on a all in one with the Thai iced tea. Their ham and cheese croissants are also very good.

Friendly service and good coffee. Its good to see that they are able to compete directly with Starbucks (right next door), and do it well...
