This was easily the worst breakfast I have ever been served. The alledged coffee was dark brown water, possibly collected from a roof gutter. The creamers were unidentifiable white liquid. I ordered a western omlette; they brought watery spinach-mushroom soup, flavored with goat cheese and wrapped in chewy yellow paper. The guy in the kitchen seems to think that cutting potatoes and dipping them in hot oil is what is meant by "seasoning" them. They got one thing right - the sourdough toast was indeed sour. The topper was being charged $17.46 for this slop. Ill probably get sick on the plane. Never again! This is inexcusable. Someone really needs to be fired, and at a high level within the organization. The average rating is 1.9 - thats too high. I would give zero stars if I could.

The waitstaff ignored me so i sat at the bar. The bartender was attentive and warned me about the coffee being not very good. I ordered the "kobe" burger. I know that there is no kobe standard in the us and the name is meaningless. However, aside from the beef not being anything to write home about, the burger was cooked poorly. It was overdone, dry, and actually hard, difficult to cut with a knife even. It also took forever and cost 18 dollars. If that burger was acceptable, i wonder how bad the coffee had to have been?

This is the third and last time I come here. The breakfast is consistently horrible. It cost almost $14 for a rubbery steak omelette. The potatoes are a saugy pile of mass produced junk, even at 6:00 am. I sat at the bar for 5 minutes before someone cared to inform me that they dont seat at the bar until 6. There are much better places to get breakfast at the airport. Dont waste your time or money. Also, even with 5 people in the whole place I managed to get slow service.

I dont usually give bad reviews. Comming from beer country the idea of a brew pub in the airport is attractive. Ive been to other Gorden Biersch restaurants before and they are usually pretty good. I was traveling alone so I sat at the bar. The waitress was screaming orders at the bartender who then informed me of the relatively small tap list only two beers were pouring. No power which is a crime in an airport and a premium in food prices... it was time to go.

The sign said "seat yourself", but the only open, cleaned table was way in the back behind the kitchen. There were other people back there too. After ten minutes of various employees walking by and calling to each other in Spanish, one lady said "Ill be right with you", but it was another ten minutes before she finally showed up. Im still waiting for our drinks, so I have plenty of time for this review. So far, its pretty sucky.

Horrible place...honestly. My 2 sons and I all had our orders screwed up. Burgers dry and oveecooked after asking for Medium Rare. Slow service to check on us and then when we finally got the waitress attention, all she could offer is a measely 10%. Wow, shouldve listened to all the terrible reviews. How does the San Jose airport commission allow these guys to keep this busy location open.

Had to shell out $50 for 2 mediocre kobe burgers and a beer. Considering the cost, the burgers were rather disappointing. I never thought Id say this but the burger buns at McDonalds are probably better. Garlic fries were ok. The service was fast and the bartender was a nice guy. The highlight of the dinner was the Warriors game which allowed my wife and i not to concentrate on the food.

I usually dont give reviews, but this place is bad. Food took 30 minutes to arrive (pulled pork sliders) bread was so soggy and nasty. How do you mess up pulled pork. The bartender was really scattered and poured me the wrong drink twice and tried to charge me for it. Ive traveled 30 weekends this year. Worst restaurant for sure.

Truly a disgrace to the Gordon Biersch chain. Ordered a Kobe burger which when arrived was lukewarm and grey. McDonalds clearly would have been a step up. Took over 10min while seated just to be asked for a beer or food. Seriously avoid this location and choose another quick food option in the airport.

Horrible food. I ordered the steak and fries, I ordered medium rare, it was tough folled with tendons, manager was tude to many customers, food in general was pretty bad. I have had better meals at McDonals and Golden Corral. Fries were tough, salad was wilted. Beer was decent. Go somewhere else.

Some of the worst food Ive ever had. The "Kobe" slider were worse than frozen White Castle sliders Ive had, and the clam chowder was watery. Not to mention I had to order the food myself because there was one waitress for 25 tables. I left and just got a bagel from Einsteins across the way.

Beer was flat, medium burger was on the burnt side of well, garlic fries were stale, and the price was about twice what I would expect to pay for such a lousy meal outside of an airport. In the bright side, service was reasonably attentive considering the lower server to guest ratio.

I only gave 1 star because I had too. Rude, nasty, uncalled for. I came in for breakfast at 530am. Was told they would not serve me at the countet, i asked how do i get breakfast and he said after 6am. There were others eating food. Rude and will never come back

Wow. Took long time to get service and then food and then bill. DO NOT GET GARLIC FRIES. Drinks are costly from what i saw. Chicken burger was not tasty. At there was military discount of aome kind.

Service sucks. Even when its not busy the servers screw up your order, and act like they cant be bothered to serve you in a timely manner. A kick in the crotch would be better than eating here.
