I recently moved to the Yuba area and have had trouble finding a decent place to eat. Either the food sounds good, gets to the table and tastes disgusting or the food is disgusting and overpriced. I cannot believe this place wasnt packed for a Friday night. Theres nothing going in this town lol, however, my family and I have FINALLY found food. Definition of food: tastes great going in, down and out. This place is ridiculous. The prime rib sandwich melts in your mouth; the calamari lightly breaded so youre not full when your meal comes, and the horseradish....uh-amazing. I seriously cannot believe Sutter Buttes wasnt packed for the quality it is. And no ladies and gentlemen, I do not work there and thank god for that, if I did Id weigh 400 lbs. My family will now be spending st least 1 night a week there gladly.

Went with 3 other people for Saturday dinner. All ordered something different. We all shared. Blue cheese burger - outstanding. Reuben - good. Chicken club - sun dried tomato mayo overwhelmed all other flavors - it was too much. Garlic fries - outstanding. Tai fries - interesting, but probably wouldnt order again. Darker brews - Red & IPA very good. Lighter brews a little wimpy, but probably good for pedestrian beer drinkers. Hard cider (dont remember the name) was good. Server was okay - ordinary. Kitchen staff (Kathy) was great. Came out and introduced herself and checked on our food. Price was excellent. Four people with dinner and two drinks each $52.00. Atmosphere - very casual.

Nice atmosphere everyone seems respectful, but the waitress seemed to have her head in the clouds, had to ask for our beer 5 minutes after ordering, chicken salad was good, Ruben sandwich was good, and the Sunday Cioppino soup special on Sunday had a great flavor but we felt a little jipped in the seafood amount! I dont think they should advertise there Cioppino soup as a special on Sunday if its not going to be a signature Sunday platter!! We felt it should have had a little more wow factor all and all it was a decent experience! I think we will stick to driving to the Oregon coast for our Cioppino Soup Fix!!! We will return again and give this Breweryanother try. All in all it was good!!

Friendly service, and cozy, nice atmosphere. The fish and chips, and onions were light and crunchy. The dip for the onions was THE perfect compliment to the rings. The Shepherds Pie was excellent. After tasting the cider, I told the waiter Id made a mistake in ordering only a half pint. He gladly offered to have the bartender pour it into a pint glass, top it off and only charge for a pint. Thats great service! Hope to return when Im driving Highway 99 again. Well worth the stop. The beers sounds, looks, and smells amazing as well.

This brewery makes one of the best stouts I have ever had. Food is great and I love the atmosphere. If I lived closer I would come by here all the time. My only disappointment came when I asked to buy a growler for my collection and was told they didnt have any. They actually didnt have any merch at all. But Ill still be back every time I drive through town.

Besides their outstanding beer, Sutter Buttes Brewing has an outstanding menu! We love going there for lunch because their food is excellent and it comes out quickly. Also, during the spring the open up all of the windows and have a portion of the wall that they open to let in the gorgeous NorCal weather.

Beer is top freakin notch. Only downside, Ive ordered pizza three times there and every time it has been so flimsy and uncooked the I couldnt eat it. Great customer service and other than the pizza experience, a great place to go and see friends from around town. A definite plus that its locally owned too!

Offers a good selection of locally brewed craft beers that rotate seasonally. The food is great, especially the Shepards pie and the wood fired pizza. Mondays are happy hour all day, meaning that beers and pizza are half price all evening long. Saturday is fun because there is often live music.

Let me tell you. Ive been to a lot of breweries and this place has an awesome double(franklin) and when brewed an incredible triple(junior) IPA! I will put Junior up against Pliny the younger(Russian River brewery) and scarcity (Altamont beer works). Incredible smoothness and taste for 158IBU

Visited on a Monday evening to enjoy their half price beer and pizza special which runs all day. Beer was decent as was the the wood fired pizza. Best option was the the Beer Cheese and Bavarian Sampler. Delicious! Neat fusion of a german beer hall with pizza. Would visit again.

Pretty decent place to eat if stuck in Yuba City. I had the standard pub burger which varies depending on where one eats. Apparently billionaire filmmaker Steven Spielberg dined here when he was filming Bride of Spies across the river at Beale Air Force base.

The staff were super nice and the place is kid friendly. When we first got there we asked for fries to calm the kids and they had them out and fresh within five minutes. They also had great specials on their beers and the food was delicious.

My meal was excellent and the recommended pairing with a Red Ale was spot on. Sat at the bar, my bartender was helpful and interesting, lots of useful info about Yuba City & Marysville. Would definitely recommend for a meal and brew.

I must have gone on an off day based on what everyone else says. I took a friend who likes beer and he did not like the beer. I did not like my pomegranite cider. The food was edible, but such that we decided not to go back.

Sutter Buttes is a great place to grab a drink or some delicious food. Normally it has 10 homebrews on tap with a rotating cider. The food is great. I would recommend the wood fired pizzas, Shepards pie or the fish and chips.

Poor food and horrible service. Theyre trying to pass off low-quality beef as bison. It took 30+ minutes to get our order taken and 45 more minutes to get our food on a slow lunch day.
