January 2015 - My wife and I sat down in the restaurant with an hour until our flight, and told the wait staff that we were on a time table. We were promised that they would be able to take care of our needs and see us out the door well before our flights departure time. Long story short: our order was late getting to us, and after we scarfed our food, they took so long to get us our bill that the airline was calling our names over the loudspeakers as we were leaving the restaurant. Our flight was at the other end of the terminal - we sprinted and were the last admitted onto the flight. I did not review this place at the time, because it is inadvisable to review when ones passions are inflamed. Now, two years later, I reflect upon the experience, and can say: the food was decent - and I wished I had had more time to enjoy it. Additionally, the staff did not seem intentionally malicious - merely aloof as to the reasonably predictable needs of their customers. In these ways, they get two stars. And while my wife and I will never dine here again after our experience, feel free to do so yourself - my advice is merely to budget twice the time you think you will need if you choose to eat or drink here, lest you get a taste of my experience.

Its a restaurant in an airport. That being said, it was not bad. The service was pretty fast, and the place was clean. I was going to order a breakfast taco; but, they stopped serving breakfast at 10am. Though, this is not written on the menu, anywhere. And, to be honest, why would you do that in an international airport??? I decided to settle on the Shepherds Pie (minus the weird tomato on top that English places always want to add). It was satisfactory, in taste. But, to be honest, it was nothing like any other pie Ive had. There were no vegetables in the meat; to be seen at least. It was more like a slop of ground beef and gravy, with a layer of potatoes on top. Not bad... Just not really a shepherds pie. I would return here. The service and the taste were good enough for the price.

There seems to have been a change in management or something. We had been to the Brit many times over the last few years. This time we had a waitress that have us attitude over a split check request. The waitress sawed she would get the manager to serve us after that. Someone came to help us, said she was not the manager, and tried to make excuses for the first server. Unfortunately trying to prove she was right, lost them at least 6 customers.

The service was ok. The food that I saw and the food I ate (shepherds pie) was awful. The veggies were not very fresh. The shepherds pie was mashed potatoes sitting on top of ground beef with a heap of ground cheddar topping it.

This place is half empty and it took 20 minutes to take our order. We tried ordering from a different waiter but he wouldnt let us lol. When your business is in the airport you need to be prompt.

This was always a 5 star. They expanded....great, but to stop serving Bass in a Brit themed bar.
