I really wanted to like this place; but I there were some fundamental problems that were just painful. I ordered the eggs benedict. When I got the order, the hollandaise sauce was white. The waitress told me that they "forgot to add the color". If youre a fan of eggs benedict, you know that "the color" is egg yolk. This tells me one of two things. One -- I got straight butter sauce (!mleh). Or two -- they were using some kind of a mix and adding food coloring. Either way, pretty disappointing. I usually order the dish because its time consuming for me to make at home. I am not much of a complainer, so I did eat the dish. It wasnt horrible (which leans more toward the "mix" theory), but it tasted...off. I was really surprised that it was served at all. The hash browns were kind of sad and limp. The waitress left the check in the middle of our meal (which seemed odd). I couldnt read the check (there was a legitimate charge for drinks that was scrawled on there that the cashier couldnt even read. Im fine with legitimate charges, but I need to be able to read them). My wife got a chorizo quesadilla. There were three...uh...really sad (tiny) slices of avocado on the quesadilla. It looked ridiculous. Didnt get a picture of that, unfortunately. Ah well. Anyway, Im giving this place two stars because they were very attentive to our drinks and seemed pretty friendly. There was no rudeness or anything, and Im not one to try to introduce it. Again, wanted to like it...but just cant recommend it. :(

The coffee was drinkable, but not great. When charging $3 extra for strawberries I expect fresh, not frozen crap compote. Jam would have tasted better. First my pancakes were doughy, they remade them and ended up with one burnt and one good. The rest of my party was nearly finished eating before the waitress came to check on us. She was nice, but having to wait so long to fix the food was very annoying. I was ready to just get up and leave (everyone else had long since finished eating) without eating, just as the replacement pancakes arrived. There was some great bacon, and some crap bacon, so that was a gamble. The staff were all very friendly, but overall, Ive gotten better food at IHOP, and I think IHOP is garbage. It definitely does NOT live up to the good reviews.

The food here is always great (hot and yummy) and the prices are affordable. The side of fruit is my favorite because it isnt just melons but, strawberries, kiwis, pears, and apples too. The bacon is thick and my husband loves just about every omelet on the menu. Wait staff is friendly but, the service could be taken up a solid notch for my taste. Parking is plentiful but, the restaurant is somewhat hidden from the street view, so it is good to know that it is behind Mizu Sushi. I definitely recommend this place to get your brunch on.

This place is the best! Great service, great coffee, amazing food, and they recently got their liquor license so amazing mimosas! I always get the country benedict with a side of hollandaise.. with country potatoes. And a chili mango mimosa. They always cook their eggs perfect. My coffee is never empty, who ever came up with that mango mimosa is brilliant, omg. Lol such a cozy place. Def get here early on the weekend.. or you can call ahead. Love the decor. The staff is amazing. My favorite place to go.

I ordered the chicken fried steak. My biscuit was clearly microwaved, falling apart and dry. The hash browns were ok. Dennys did better last time I had Dennys. The eggs were actually great, tbh I think they were the only non frozen or hot box item. The steak. Definitely frozen, un sure if microwaved but either way, its breading was strangly hard like a hot dog, not at all what I would expect. Being from Texas, I take my breakfast food pretty seriously and this was a two star exsperince.

Just came here for the first time and already know Ill be a regular. Staff is very friendly and food is DELICIOUS and affordable. Large portions and very wide selection of breakfast food. I had the pico de Gallo omelet with sour dough toast and cheesy hash browns. Would recommend that combo to anyone.

Their menu is definitely not what you would expect! They had "international" breakfast choices that seemed like fun and tasty to try! The food was better than Ihop or Dennys and priced similar. The service was not terrible, but I did have to get my waiter once. So theres my four stars.

The food was good, nothing fancy but this doesnt look like that type of place. Sadly the service was rushed, they didnt ask about the food, didnt offer a doggy bag. We wanted to split the check however the waitress rushed off while we were trying to explain.

Love this place! I join friends for breakfast here every Saturday. Ive tried a variety of the menu options and I usually have the very tasty buckwheat pancake instead of toast. Friendly, caring & efficient owner and crew make the experience great!

This is one of my favorite breakfast places ever. Never much of a wait, always delicious and a very attentive and friendly staff. I recommend the pecan and bacon waffle. Its not on the menu, but ask for it. Also the chilaquiles are amazing.

Very good service - always refilling that cup! This is a one-of-a-kind neighborhood place. Plenty of room on weekdays. Open from 7 am to 2:30 pm as of November 2012. Serving traditional American breakfasts: ham, eggs, pancakes, waffles ...

Nothing fancy about the decor. But the food is always scrumptious. Lots of menu choices, and prices are reasonable. The place can be packed at times with long waits, so try to go in between busy times. Open for breakfast and lunch.

Decent food, hash browns too dry and crispy, coffee superb. They have American Express check wallets and stickers, but they dont accept Amex...Disappointing. Overall not bad, but I wouldnt go out of my way to eat here.

Went here on a date and it is a nice homey feeling, not loud at all which allows for a nice private time. The cultural entrees are the go to. Corned beef hash is always good. Omelets are better here than other places.

The place falls into the basic breakfast category. Nothing fancy, nothings all that great, nothings that bad. Its passable, there are however many other places that do basic much better. Wouldnt really recommend.

Nice! For my first time Im astounded good food and good service. This place is better than some of the places Ive been to. I will be glad to tell others and I will surely be back and hungrier than ever.

Local breakfast and lunch joint. Great to have in the neighborhood. Lots of choices on the menu and they dont stress if you set up your laptop if tables are open for others.

This is not just a boring breakfast place that only serves toast and eggs. Theyve got an impressive menu, quick service, great food and great folks. Happy to have found it.
