DONT WASTE TOUR TIME! This Jack in The Box is PHONY. Sunday, April 12, 2015, 11:30am ordered a Club Salad and they didnt have any salad stuff ready for anyone to order at the time. Offered me the Southwestern Salad instead. Boo! Minus points for that. WOULD NOT refill my familys Raspberry Ice Tea because the older male manager w/the white hair said they dont refill flavored drinks because its like refilling a Milk Shake?!?! Read another persons review posted 2 WEEKS ago that the drink station was closed off with a caution tape like a murder scene. hahahahaha well... that same caution tape was STILL there TODAY!! Wish I would of read the reviews before going here. Customer service gets a THUMBS DOWN. Booo to thus place.

Dog Food equivalent meat in tacos, very greasy, hot & uncomfortable dining area, closed off drink station with caution tape and chair...looked like a murder scene. Friendly staff though. I remember loving this place as a child. I guess tastes change. The burgers may be excellent. I dont think ill be back to try them though. Besides, I couldnt imagine them being better than In and Out. Thats my favorite chain on the west coast.

Sometimes takes too long to order! 1 time I saw something disgusting that I am surprised I still eat here! I will just say dirt rag and what was wiped and then served w/o washing hands! But I am happy to say they are more tolerant or have empathy for the homeless and too me that is important and refreshing! Too many businesss and individuals are just uncaring and hateful to those less fortunate!

It is usually dirty and surrounded by/filled with homeless people, I appreciate the fact that they are willing to accommodate homeless customers but it does make it an unpleasant and smelly experience for others. I have no complaints about the food or staff though.

A really nice fast food stop. A lot of people give it a bad rateing,but i think those people need to look at themselves before they say bad things about others. I have been here every day since the new manager took over and it improves daily. Thumbs up.

Incredibly unfriendly. Ive lived in Chico for over 50 years and this is the only place that has ever refused to make change for me...all I wanted was 4 quarters for a dollar. Nope. I had to buy something, which I will never do after this.

I love jack on the box and I usually go to the one on east 20th but I had to go here tonight and it sucked, got my whole order wrong, and they were rude about everything last time I ever come this jack in box, Im very disappointed.

The girl was super nice, super apologetic and terribly understaffed. Wait time at drive thru was appt 20 minutes and I was the first car. Food good just took waaaaaaaaaay too long to get to us.

Order 2 large drink. Only 2 large drinks. 25 min wait. Some one came after me for refills and got it refilled before i got my drink. Last time i come here. Customer service doesnt exist here.

Says they are open 24 hours on Google went there at 2:12 a.m. and they say they are closed even though their sign says theyre open until 3 a.m. Monday through Sunday

Cant give no star. Slow very slow always not just one time but alwaaaaaaays. 15 minutes if you are the only Car. No exaggeration. Also not clean or safe feeling
