So my fiancé and I normally go to Dennys but today is a special occasion its our nephews 3rd birthday and thought coming to IHOP was gonna be an amazing experience for him. We thought wrong. Upon arrival my fiance our nephew, my son and I were greeted by the host who had no clue how or where to seat us. After seating us she have us menus and crayons for the kiddos .. Again mind you our nephew is turning 3 years old and my son is 2 going on 3 soon... 10 minutes go by and no one came to our table to introduce themselves or even offer us coffee and juice for the kids. We decided to give it 5 more minutes, as we saw the waitesses walk by us multiple times.. We sat right next to the kitchen station where all the servers and employees were by so it was really hard to miss us especially with the kids laughing and saying theyre hungry. My fiance got upset and decided to in a loud voice state that if we do not get service we will leave and go somewhere else. Right behind my seat where all the servers were at, we hear a woman ask if our table had been help yet and everyone stated no, I figured after she asked that someone would immediately come greet us and take our order but no another 5 minutes pass by and nothing a total of 30 minutes after being seated and not a simple hello or drinks being offered .. I dont expect to be treated as royalty u understand theres other people before me but the restaurant was not full and there were multiple employees on shift .. Me having worked in the restaurant business and having gone to school for culinary .. Customer service is number one always and we truly are disappointed with this establishment especially on a childs birthday we will not be coming back to this location thats for sure.

A mi, como guiri, me pareció espectacular, típicos desayunos americanos en modo XXL.. si buscas un 3 estrellas michelin o comida de nutricionista, no vayas, si quieres disfrutar de unas tortitas, wafles, creppes o similares, es parada obligatoria.. Ojo, yo fui un domingo por la mañana y estaba petadísimo con lista de espera de 20 minutos, el resto de días no se cómo está. Fácil de aparcar y de encontrar. de precio ni idea, disfruté y pagué.Listos.

The nice thing about IHOP is you can be reasonably sure what to expect at pretty much any IHOP in the country. That said, what you expect is not fine dining, it is simple diner style food which is adequate but nothing particularly special. Everything is reasonably priced, and if you are craving pancakes or other breakfast food (especially if you are craving them at a non-breakfast time, and doubly especially if you are craving them in the middle of the night), then IHOP is the place to go. The location of this IHOP is convenient pretty much any day except for Sundays. Sunday morning and early afternoon traffic is heavy due to the large catholic church a block away, and Sunday Afternoon traffic in the fall is often hampered by the nearby Levi Stadium which causes all traffic on Great America Parkway to crawl to a standstill on game days.

Open 24 / 7, Gets busy late I was bred on IHOP, was a favorite place to visit with my grandparents. I love breakfast, next to Brunch, its my favorite meal. The Crepes at IHOP are the best, whether savory or sweet, topped with fruit or not, theyre great. Ive probably had the crepes a dozen times at this IHOP. The serving staff can be good or bad depending on the time of day and the day of the week. Theyre never terrible, but because of the proximity to the hotel it can get VERY busy. This IHOP is also very close to the Santa Clara Convention Center and Levis Stadium, so if theres something happening nearby, you may want to visit another IHOP for faster service. Notes: Restrooms are out the door, in the lobby of the Hotel Pay at the Desk, dont wait for server to take your bill Parties larger than 6 will find seating a challenge

We had a group of 90 people. We ordered two weeks in advance and showed up in shifts. Do you think they could of had water on the tables? No. Do you think they could have put pictures of Soda on the tables that they made us buy wether or not we wanted it? No. 45 minutes later we got our food. Only 2 servers and you knew we were coming two weeks in advance??? After we ate our meal with no water or drinks they wouldnt refund our money and to top it off they wanted to keep the change from all of our kids who wanted to pay for there $18 meal with twenties. Excuse me your already making $5 a person tip. Congratulations IHOp you suck from coast to coast. NEVER AGAIN

We visited this place on Halloween expecting it to be bustling with people. It was quite emptg. The service at this place has always been slow and today especially I felt it was slower. Food items range from from 900+ calories and only the basic omelettes/healthy omelettes are under 500 calories. The only advantage at this place is that it is open through the night and has ample parking. if you want to have dinner at a lovely place this is not it. On the other hand you want to have a slow and quite dinner this is the perfect place.

I usually come here to eat in but this time since its Halloween it eas packed and wanted to enjoy my Halloween morning by ordering the punmpkin pancakes combo to go, me and my boyfriend waited for 30 minutes to receive the order and we never got it we left without our order because it was taking to long this ruined my morning and now I have to go with an empty stomach to study. never coming back here Ill let my friends and family know not to come here ever. thanks ihop for ruining my morning. see you never.

Rush you on ordering, no service, mess up your order, not even offer you a knife when you are eating your omelette. Waited for 30mins for the food, server basically through the food on the table and left. Did not even stop by when we ask to pay, you have walk up to the host to have someone give you the check. Finally when the server stop by to pick up the signed check, I explained to him why I am not leaving any tips. He said: do what you have to do, I dont care.

Pro sat down quickly Con server came 15 min after seating, we specifically asked for appetizer first but 20 min later when our food came out we were told that "it was served to another table" (custom appetizer by the way). We were never offered a refill for our drinks until after the server gave us the check along with the "no rush" lie. TLDR; overall everything was rushed because the employees werent on top of it and we had to wait like 45min to eat.

Being 24-hours, it is convenient late night when other options are closed. Selection is similar to other IHOPs (also Dennys or Perkins), and quality is decent. But through substance and portions, there are few healthy options. Prices are also significantly higher than other IHOPs. Parking is limited, although I have never found it completely full.
