Came here on a Saturday around 2pm with my husband and daughter and it was a full house, but we got in with no wait! We were seated outside and the wooden decor combined with aromas of bacon gave it a real country feel, very cozy and inviting! Our server was very nice although she had a very hard time understanding our order, but we made it through the meal with no issues. The drinks on tap are Pepsi products with Coke products served in a can. Our food came out within ten minutes of ordering (very fast especially for how crowded it was!)I ordered the Number 7 on the breakfast menu as did my husband, which came with a short stack, two eggs, hash browns, and a choice of bacon or sausage (2) for about $11. Their sausage was definitely the taste of the meal and I would recommend this over the bacon! Their pancakes were on the thinner side, but still fluffy and very satiating! They use real butter! The hash browns came very close to being as good as the sausage! They had a fair amount of texture, were very flavorful, and werent weighted down with grease. My daughter got the grilled cheese and fries on the kids menu and wasnt overly impressed with it, but enjoyed it and would come again but probably order something else. I had also ordered a side of biscuits and gravy to try, but they were never brought out and our waitress didnt realize it until after we got our bill and had to ask her to remove it. She offered to box it to go, but we decided this can be something to look forward to trying on our next visit! Overall, it was good service, our food came quickly, and it was very reasonable (two breakfast entrees, one kids meal, and three fountain drinks for $38 after tax before tip). Definitely will be back!

We loved this place in our first visit(we went by the yelp reviews) and always think we should encourage family owned businesses. Bummer! there it was big disappoint and holiday or weekend spoiler. The waitress was rude. She kept eating her food (using both hands) in between moving around to take orders and deliver the food from the kitchen. Her plate was at the entrance throughout the 30mins and she kept eating and even shook hands and touched people, chairs and menu cards as and when people came-in. Yuck!! I really wanted to click a picture and post it on yelp. After this the orders werent made as we asked. And they arrived really late (3 families who ordered after us got their food before us and they paid and left, after which our order arrived!). When we complained about this to the owner at the end she was very rude and said, OKAY!. We had the same experience the previous time too, but that weekend it was very full and completely crowded. But today was a slow day, but they were at their worst. No more chances!

Good food, worst customer service Ive ever experienced! Felt like I was a burden on our servers life. She never responded to our questions like asking for coffee. When we tried to confirm shed bark "yeah I heard you!". Another table asked for ketchup, instead of going to get a bottle our server asked if we were using or ketchup and before we could answer she said "probably not" and just took it!! Never had to defend my ketchup at a restaurant before! Im sure she was just having a bad day and not everyones experience will be the same as mine, nevertheless it reflects poorly on the business.

This place is mediocre at best. They recently moved and are experiencing growing pains. At first you walk in and have to take a number like youre at the dmv. I dont know if this is intentional or not but, their menu is on a clipboard. The ingredients for my omelette obviously came from a can. They made mistakes on both meals even after confirming with us. They asked me if they can take my plate, i said no and they they took it anyway. I wasnt finished with my meal and they took it from me and threw it out. Im not going back.

We have been enjoying Breakfast & lunch here for 29 years. It has grown from "hole in the wall" to "Not too bad" venue. The food is tasty, well prepared and plentiful. the fresh squeezed orange juice is yummy! The service is speedy and efficient but if you are looking for small talk you are in the wrong place. Also, "cash only" is the policy, however, there is an ATM machine if you need it. Restrooms are still outside with special key access. They have a new coffee supplied by Apfells Coffee. It is delicious!!

This is my favorite casual breakfast restaurant. They only take cash so they dont incur credit card charges and keeps their prices reasonable. Generous portions, fast service. Food is very tasty and offers steamed rice with any breakfast combination (a very popular item amongst Hawaiians and Asians). Bottomless coffee is as good as much more gentry-fied breakfast places. Decor is early garage sale but Im not there to look at art; only to have good, plentiful and reasonably priced food.

The secret to a great rating: keep our expectations super low with a butt-ugly exterior, then blow us away with great food. Seriously though, the breakfast here is great, even if their eyesore of a building drags down the surrounding property values (including my own house). Minus 1 star for spilling two glasses of ice water on my lap, then having the balls to include a large tip in the bill for our group of 6.

Been coming to Bill of Fare since the 80s...Used to be my favorite...Last 2 times I came to new location, I ordered the French toast combo. One time the French toast never came even though i reminded the waitress repeatedly and today it came 30 minutes after the rest of the food came...They gave me a $3 discount both times??...I will never come back

I ordered the Kung Pao,Chicken over rice. It was the best Kung Pao Chicken Ive ever had and that is saying a lot. I like the quirky decor that makes no sense. The service was prompt and polite. I do want to go back and try a non Asian dish and see if there is a difference in quality. Find out why people have had the opposite experience from me.

Ive never experienced such nasty group of people... nobody would take our order at all. Waitress kept eating while serving. Nasty waitress - as stated... took order of a group who came in well after us. About 10 min. Later. Nasty group of wait staff ever! NO KIDDING ! Waste of time for sure!

I cant believe this used to be a little hole in the wall behind a gas station. Theyve made it big, and rightfully so! The owner is such a down to earth person, and the servers reflect it too by showing joy and enthusiasm. The place can be crowded at brunch times, but the food? Worth the wait

Biscuits and gravy is really good. Gravy isnt too peppery like it is at other places. M got the classic eggs benedict and said it was "above average." Menu is a bit weird. Lots of breakfast stuff, then some sandwiches and burgers, and on the last page there are some Chinese dishes thrown in.

My worst breakfast ever. Large portion but very poor quality. They dont serve latte. They use slabs of cheese instead of shredded cheese on omelettes. Everything is super oily/greasy. I came here to check it out after seeing the 4 star rating on Yelp. But ended up very very disappointed.
