Pulled in to get food and use the restroom. Was immediately asked for money by an obese transient that I mistook for an employee on a smoke break. Inside the facility it smelt like body odor. I used the bathroom which had obviously not been cleaned in over a week. I decided to go back outside and try the drive through to avoid eating in such a dirty establishment. I waited in a short line with two other cars for over ten minutes. When the line never moved, I backed out and went across the parking lot to Burger King. I dont expect much from any Taco Bell, but this location was gross. I felt dirty leaving the building.

These guys are awful. Food is not even marginal. They have raised prices on select items by over 50% in the last 12 months with flimsy rationale on minimum wage increase (which can justify maybe a 5% increase maximum). Ridiculous! I am enthusiastically advising all my friends & work colleagues to steer clear. Too bad I cant give them a negative number!

Clean, always the top of the list. The employees work hard and quickly, as well as being polite and efficient. Food was better than most! The bathroom was clean but could use some touch up paint and a new fresher looking toilet seat. I stop here often as I come through this area monthly. I will be back.

They mixed up my order and charge me too much and then after straightening up my order they recharge me $0.45 for a plain tortilla that I had to wait for which really kind of irritated me no interest for the customer bad service wont the go there again

The drive thru is painfully slow. This Taco Bell has a slightly lower price than most Taco Bells in San Jose. Theres nothing different or unique about this place.
