Las últimas dos veces que eh ordenado por el autoservicio me atendió la misma persona siempre con muy mala actitud esa persona era obesa y calva, deberia mejorar su forma su atender a los clientes

Ive been coming to this Jack in the Box for years since its so close to home and they never let me down. The employees are always nice and even has the way I like my food down! They speak both Spanish and English here. One of the few fast food American places in this section of El Camino as the surrounding restaurants and plazas are Asian.

Like most fast food, I regret that I ate here in the first place. That being said, this was a really good experience - I just went through the drive thru, and was pleasantly surprised how quickly it moved along. My order was spot on, and the staff was very friendly. I will certainly visit here again, much to the chagrin of my diet. :D

Refused to serve me then trap me in the drive thru for 15 minutes because I asked for no lettuce and extra onion and bacon they did not offer any price adjustment and stated it was not possible to make my order as I wanted it continue to argue and rant with me instead of Simply providing a price for what I wanted

This is a good Jack in the Box. Food is usually warm enough, (but not always). I really like a couple of their employees. They know my order and make sure its right, even though I dont go there often. Negative: Some employees do not understand English well enough to handle a special order .
