Sacks Of Wine

Dont try to go here on a Sunday morning, youll just be sitting around forever. Saturday at around noon or so youll be fine. This particular IHOP has been improving customer service for quite a while. Normally, I only expect no refill because after you get your food you never see your waitress again. This time our waitress was asking if we were good throughout the meal. Food is always great and never have to spend more than necessary to get filled up.

Had a appointment next door to get my oil changed, was hungry and thirsty. About 10:30 am stood in the entry waiting for someone to acknowledge we were there, as so many people were asking me about the service. Maybe 20 minutes passed, I was seated, right beneath my feet all the stuff the early crew spilled, I moved to the other side of the table, waited about 15 minutes and got up and left. Must say the worst restaurant experience ever!

Went to Ihop this morning and literally had the WORST experience ever. The waitress was rude and sweating profusely. Ordered our food and it took 45mins for pancakes and bacon. Our waitress slapped down our food and wasnt seen for about 20mins. My eggs were watery and the bacon looked like they had taken it off of someones elses plate. I cannot say enough bad things about this Ihop. Horrible horrible food

DO NOT EAT HERE. Hospitality and customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. From the beginning of the experience i should have known to place my order elsewhere. Half of my order was completely incorrect and when I called to have it changed the staff was very rude. I will never, ever give this establishment my business again.

The food was about what you expect from a late night chain restaurant. The service last night was great though with a very friendly young lady. Ever since the Dennys across the freeway closed this is pretty much the only place in the Dublin/Pleasanton area to sit down for a midnight meal on a late weekend night.

On 2 separate occasions Ive been to this IHOP and both times my boys were constantly touched by Larry. We tried to make him stop but he wont. He likes to touch and massage little boys. BEWARE of this guy.

Terrible food quality, I ordered the turkey cooked dinner and it was virtually inedible.. All processed and tasted like chemicals! Do not reccomen! I couldnt even finish my dinner as I lost appetite.

Clean place; food is good but I feel that it takes a bit too long. My experience was 25 minutes of wait from ordering to when food was placed at my table. This is with restaurant half full.

Dennys is a tiny tiny bit better. Ihop though has a lot of different kinds of syrups. Love there bacon pancakes and hash browns and eggs. I take Dennys back. Ihop is a little better

Worn Out furniture. Most all bench seats ripped with stuffing coming out or covered with big strips of tap. Un-appealing!!! Not up to standard with surrounding city development.

Weekend morning is a zoo. Just learn today their version of sweet tea is DUO sweet tea( unsweet tea with sugar on your table). LMAO! Who advertised sweet tea that way!
