적당한 맛의 요리! 하지만 형편없는 직원들의 태도와 불친절함!! 주말 저녁에 현지 친구들과 방문하였다. 자켓에 지갑을 넣고 주머니 지퍼를 잠그고 내 의자에 자켓을 걸어두었다. 식사가 끝날 때쯤 내 자켓이 없어졌다는 것을 알게되었고, 나는 직원에게 얘기를 전달했다. 직원은 자켓을 보관하고 있다면서 나에게 내 자켓을 전달해주었으나, 지갑이 없었다!!! 지갑이 없다고 다시 얘기하니, 다른 한 직원이 갑자기 나타나 지갑이 떨어져 있었다며 건냈다. 지퍼를 잠가두었기에 지갑이 떨어져 있을리 없었으나, 믿고 계산을 하고 나왔다. 하지만 나중에 지갑에 든 돈을 확인해보니, 현금을 넣어 놓는 배열이 틀려져 있고, $200가 없었다. (전체$800 중 $100짜리 두 장이 없어져 처음에는 잘 인지하지 못했다.) 경찰에 신고하여 CCTV를 확인하고 현금에 묻어 있는 지문을 확인해보면 범인을 잡을 수 있겠지만, 같이 식당을 방문한 일행들의 일정도 있어 단념했다. 왜 그 직원이 내 지갑을 가지고 있었는지 의심된다! 우리 테이블 바닥에 자켓과 같이 떨어져 있어 자기가 보관해두었다고 하는데, 보통 바닥에 떨어져 있으면 그 근처 사람에게 물어보지 않는가... 왜 자켓은 카운터에 맡겨놓고 지갑은 자기가 들고 있었는가? 어찌되었든, 샌프란시스코에서도 심지어 괜찮아보이는 식당내 테이블에서도 소지품을 잘 간수해두어야 한다는 교훈을 얻었다. 최악의 경험이다!!!

랍스터와 조개새우토마토 파스타를 시킴 일단 랍스터47.5정도 였고 파스타 24.5 정도임 일단 랍스터 상하고 쓴 맛이 나서 컴플레인 함 그래서 딴 거 시킴 바질 페스토 파스타 이건 걍 중간은 하는 것 같은데 19.5불임 그리고 지네가 알아서 치킨 추가하고 4달러 더내래-_-;; 랍스터는 절대 시키지 마시길 메뉴 중 제일 비싸서 일단 시켜먹는 사람이 없음 재고가 당연 오래되겠죠?? 진짜 미국 여행 와서 산타바바라에서도 랍스터 먹어보고 뉴욕에서도 먹어보고 심지어는 내륙인 라스베가스에서도 먹어봤지만 모두 탱글탱글하고 맛있었음 근데 여기 랍스터는 일단 딱 상!한!맛! 이 남. 물컹하고 어패류나 갑각류 상한 거 먹어본 경험이 없는 사람도 딱 알정도로 그리고 파스타는 면이 오버쿡 되서 씹으면 댕강댕강 잘림^^^^^ 이건 뭐 학교급식 스파게티보다 노맛 그리고 새우(칵테일임) 2마리 조개 2개 오징어 쬐금 그게 다임. 스프6, 파스타24.5,랍스터는 취소하고, 바질 페스토 파스타 19.5 에다가 서비스차지라는게 또 있음ㅎ 뭐지 10.5 에다가 택스까지 총 74.41나옴 개비쌈^^ 호갱되기 싫으면 가지마세요 Bad experience. Dont go.

Stay away!!! No class, no experience, amateurs!!! Went here with a group of my students on a California field trip, all planned by the Tour company. We were treated like sheep. Our students (all well cultured High School aged) were given one plate for salad and then pasta. No room on the table for the food, everything just thrown down. Soda was warm and flat. I tried speaking with the manager, his response to me was "thats what your contract says, Im going according to your contract". He kept repeating himself over and over! He actually starting getting loud with me when I questioned his judgment on how to serve accordingly and not make it so obvious that we were a one shot deal. One of our young ladies had hair in her pasta, the waiter who was extremely rude, sarcastic and mocking, tried to blame her for it even though it was a different size and color than hers. When he brought out a new plate, he continued to mock the whole table knowing they were not paying for the dinner themselves. The food was tasteless and so was the experience. Of all the restaurants we visited, my group felt this was by far the worst experience. On the way out I told them "look around, why do you think its so dead on a Friday night at 6:30 pm compared to the other restaurants?" Ive had the fortune of working in some of the best restaurants in Westchester, NY for 16 years, I am ashamed at how we were treated. As a consequence, we have contacted the Tour company directly, and are recommending they reconsider their contract with this restaurant. Dont they know that with modern technology and social media, sooner or later word will get out? Just look at their many poor reviews. I cant wait to here the managements response to this one!

Tourist trap. Would give zero stars if I could. Went there with a group of five. Service was awful. Worst service we have ever (!!!) experienced. Our waitress was super slow and rude. She actually walked away before all of us had ordered. Just walked away. My husband had to go find someone else who then put in the rest of our order. No apology. Didnt get refills until we specifically asked and even then it took her forever. Pasta looked like it was thrown on a plate and smothered in sauce. No Parmesan cheese was even offered. In an Italian restaurant?! The fish and chips were good but that was about it. Ladies restrooms were filthy and disgusting. Three people in our group got diarrhea after their meals. And then we had to pay a lot of money for crappy service, crappy food and diarrhea. We usually try to tip very generously but this waitress didnt even deserve a minimum tip. Do yourself a favor and walk past this place.

The service was horrendous, so that made this a 1 star experience. We waited over 10 minutes after being seated and no one even talked to us. Other wait staff even noticed we hadnt been helped yet and needed water, but they didnt fix the issue or let our waiter know. After another 5-10 minutes our waiter finally came to take our order. We ordered waters, our drinks, and food since we were easily ready since we had so much time. Unfortunately though, some of the food came out before the waters! Then the rest of the dishes came out several minutes later! Horrible service. We did have a nice view though. The clam chowder was fantastic, but the calamari wasnt that good. The ravioli was good, but it didnt wow me. The lasagna was great. Bad table service can really make the whole experience bad, even if its just one waiters fault.

Samir was our waiter. My sis had the fruit of the sea (frutti del mar?), I had the same dish but the appetizer portion. Cant remember what the cousin had. My sis and cousin raved about the experience. I was exhausted but after one week of eating out with the two of them, I still remember this one meal from one week ago. So it must have been exceptional. The seafood is really excellent. THE OYSTERS ARE AMAZING. Taking my Mom here when she comes. Only $90 plus tip and that includes house wine carafe ($18 for two glasses each) and cousin had a mai thai. Oh and of course, gorgeous views. Food! Service! Views! Drinks! Great times were had by all. Not sure how it could have been any better so you get 5 stars. Thanks Samir!!! Did I mention that the OYSTERS ARE AMAZING???

We had the misfortune of choosing this place to eat lunch on our San Fran day trip. This was a big mistake. The restaurant was dirty, the food was bland and lacked flavor, and was way too expensive for what we received. The food itself would rate a solid 1 star, but paired with the price, the rank goes down from there. On the positive side, my son did like his $9.25 grilled cheese and soda. The view was very pleasant as it overlooked the sea lions and the city, but this did not come close to making up for the poor quality of the food and lack of service we reviewed. Since 1 star is the lowest rating, this is what this restaurant will receive. This is truly one of the worst restaurants on the pier, and the worst I have ever has the misfortune of eating at.

Carlos was our server and he was crap. The food is very overpriced - I ordered the Alfredo it was 20$ and just normal as any other Alfredo to be honest. Our server dropped off bread and water - not even our food. We were going to leave him a horrible tip - what he deserved but when our bill came there was an automatic service charge of 9 bucks!!! WTF?!!? Our bill ended up being 57.59 (for bread, Alfredo, and fish and chips) so he basically got a 20% tip from us for no reason. We gave 60 and asked for change back to only get 2$ back so he even stole our change LMAO what a joke this place is. I even got my head bashed in by the bathroom door by someone trying to come into the stall. LMAO WORST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
