Seating was pretty quick (15-20 minutes) on a Saturday night, even with 7 tables in front of us. The food was mediocre. Curry was bland and dont order the tempura. The veggies were too hard and the tempura was NOT crunchy. Katsudon was good, but you get bored of the taste after awhile. Service was okay, nothing extraordinary.

Definitely the place to go for discerning sushi lovers! I have always simply asked the Chef to make what they think is best, and such a request is truly rewarding here - a divine meal you will wish never ends.

Loved their sushi, but was not as impressed by the cooked dishes. Their toro was delicious. The mushroom soup was not great. The miso black cod lacked texture. Will stick to the sushi in future.

I think this is the best Japanese sushi place in San Francisco. It is not cheap but reasonable for the quality of the food they serve. Service is great. Nice small cozy restaurant.
