give me beer, games, and the flattery of being hit on by a couple of swingers and i call this a winner in my book. we came to triple crown on a lazy weekend afternoon. i love bars that have other forms of entertainment than the standard drunk people watching, and this place has it ALL: shuffleboard, table tennis, darts, pool, foosball...so much fun to be had. there are two table tennis sets (outside patio across from darts boards, and inside 2nd room where the pool tables are). thats where you found me. did i win?? debatable. i get a little too crazy sometimes and the kind gentleman at the pool table had to help us out. which is why i was stoked when the outside neighboring table freed up as its more self contained. but then the darts players had to help out... and thats where the swingery came into play. i dont think ive ever been summoned via "hey pretty lady" by a female before. well hello there :) and then the dude came over and started playing ping pong with me when my friend went to the bathroom. there was all sorts of cruising going on. so my question is -- is that a regular thing at triple crown? is that where the TRIPLE comes into play?? O_o They also grill food up outside on the patio...didnt partake but it smelled delicious!

So, I come here pretty often to meet old co-workers for beers and look forward to it every time. Its never crowded, has a great selection of beers, really good grilled food (try the Triple Crown dog) and tons of bar games (shuffleboard. thats all you need to know.) with lots of tvs to watch sports. Itd almost be dangerous if it had a full bar because Id bet whisky shots! Its a pre-gaming place for VAVI (and post-game) so theres usually a fun crowd there around 7-9. Great music selection on the jukebox too! Just play good music or youll get harassed for it, ha. Overall, definitely worth multiple visits!

What I like about the Triple Crown is the activities provided. You can sit and and watch the world go by with its open front, watch a game or play some pool, darts, ping pong, shuffle board and fooseball. They do offer food (mostly hamburgers and chips) which helps with the drinking. The beer selections is also decent ranging from cheap Bud to better craft beers (local and not). This is a great place to hang out with a few friends while keeping everyone entertained.

Beer, ping pong, darts, shuffle board, foosball, pool, whats not to like? You can even bring your dog in here. A divey bar that is great to just hang out and get competitive with friends. They have lots of seating inside and outside (for when it gets hot or for a smoke break). They also have cheap food options from burgers, hot dogs, and popcorn. Grab a pitcher (or a number of them), choose an activity, and enjoy!

I would like to start off by saying that it pains me to say that I will not be giving this bar my business any further after the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior the older bartender exhibited last night. We had purchased 5 pitchers of beer that evening and were the only ones there giving him business....If he didnt like the songs were playing on the jukebox then why have them on there to start with?

Ive been going to this awesome neighborhood pub since the owners took over Kirklands 15+ years ago. With a few pool tables, ping pong, darts, foos and shuffle board there are plenty of things to do with friends. They have all your craft beer favorites as well as your standard domestics. They have the largest outdoor space in the area. Say hello to bartenders Gus and Mark, they rock!

This place is AWESOME! If you want to go to a pub that feels like home, this is it! The best way to describe the Triple Crown is a home with a bar! The back patio where you can relax and have a smoke, the ping pong tables, beer ping tables, pool tables, dart boards, and friendly atmosphere make this place a home away from home! O cant wait to come back!

This is an awesome little neighborhood pub. Theyve got pool tables, a back patio for smokers, and they serve Pliny the Elder double IPA. Be aware theres no liquor here, only beer and wine. The gent thats served me both times Ive visited Triple Crown is awesome and the crowd is eclectic leaning toward hipster. Overall a great Pub.
