When this pub first opened my friends and I would frequently go here. The food was good and the service was very friendly. Within the last year the service has declined along with their once wonderful hamburgers, now the meat almost tastes like soy or something equivalent. There seems to have been a frequent turnover in employees in the last 6 months, and the last straw was when I went in with my boyfriend to have dinner. "By the way, the bar was not half way full at the time". We waited for a good 15 minutes and had to order our own drinks at the bar, then proceeded to wait for a menu to which we had to again go to the bar and request. We AGAIN had to go to the bar to order our food and once again to pay our tab. To say the least we did not leave a tip or have a good experience. Mind you, each time we requested food, menu, drinks etc.. we spoke directly with the owner. My neighbors and friends had quit going some time ago, but we wanted to give it one more shot....now were done as well. It truly is a shame.

I’ve been going to the Firehouse since they opened and still frequent the pub with my wife and our friends. They are a REAL family owned and run, kid friendly, local business with a firm footprint in the community. I’ve seen the “Wish” brothers easily accommodate entire youth and/or adult sports teams after the big game or during a rain delay. They know sports and are always happy to put your game on one of the TVs. We’ve been impressed with the variety on the menu – especially when the weather cooperates and they barbecue on the patio – next to the pond! We faithfully order the wings. They’ve got 8(or so) flavors and they are THE best wings in the Valley…. hands down! There’s a great selection of draft beers too – there must be 20 handles. That is my two cents. We’ll definitely keep going to the Firehouse.

Never again. Walked in for a quick beer (one) with a buddy. We walked up to the bar to see what was on tap. Owner is standing there talking with a couple. He ignores us for 5 minutes and finally asks if he can help us. We tell him we want a beer and he waves us to a table and tells us to wait for a server. We walk out and I will never go back. Service here has always been sub-par but to not serve beer from the bar? There are a lot more places more deserving of your patronage.

Just left the restaurant. Had one of the worst service of my life. We waited a hour and a half from ordering our food to eating our food. Other customers came and gone before we got our order. The place was >20% full. We didnt get an apology from management or our waitress. They still charged us full price. Will never go there again. Their service is a reflection of their owners attitude towards their customers.

Food is great although a little on the spendy side. They have pool, darts, and a shuffle board table! Also, they do poker on Tuesday nights and have multiple sports and other channels going on so you are never board. The servers were all very kind and usually quick about filling your drink. This place has improved since its opening. It has good food and fairly good price alcohol. My wife and I now enjoy going here with our friends. Always a sports show on one of the several TVs. They have billiards to. Fun place. The owners are friendly and are willing to work with anyone to accommodate big groups.

Great food, great service! This was our first visit and they treated us like rock stars. Burgers are excellent and the service was better. Well definitely be back soon and probably become regulars. if youre looking for a great atmosphere, service and food to match, this is the real deal

The owner and his family dont care about you or providing quality service. Cheap beer is a plus but it means having to stare at one of the ugliest crews to work a bar. Im not joking, its like a Far-Side convention in there.
