Poor, confused service. Ended up purchasing the wrong tea BC my cashier forgot my order. Also they made my drink twice admitted it was an accident and didnt offer me the mistake cup. I wanted a cherry green tea and I was immediately pitched by the cashier on buy 4 oz get a free drink. I decided immediately to get 2 oz of the cherry green tea and left it with the cashier. I brought back a mango with only one oz left and had to find a third tea. I grabbed an unexciting Jasmine to fill the order. Walked out with my bag and didnt notice until it was too late they gave me 2 oz jasmine, 1 oz mango and forgot my cherry green tea. Sad to tell my husband remember the amazing cherry green tea I had bought, yeah you cant taste it they gave me Jasmine instead. Also not sure if I was charged for 4 ozs BC the no receipt option.

Just wanted to thank you so much for your incredible service! Whenever we go to Old Town we stop in and I stock up on my White Champagne Raspberry Tea, but if were not planning to visit before my supply runs out I order online. I just received my order of tea, and to my great delight you also included 3 samples of new teas I hadnt tried, but that smell wonderful! You always go above and beyond, whether I am there in person (one time you were out of my Champagne Raspberry in the store so one of your workers ran to the storeroom in another building to get me some!) or whether I order online. Shipping is always quick and the quality never fluctuates...always first rate teas! Thank you for your generous gift with my order! I tell all my friends....I want you to stay in business!!

I had a weird experience here because after I ordered my coffee, the girl that took my order didnt tell me which direction I would pick up my order from. After I paid, the girl in the front continued talking to costumers and I was worried about my order not being done in a timely mannner because I had folks waiting for me outside. Thank god I didnt say anything because my order was soon ready and came from a room in the back next to the cream and sugar. An odd experience, but the store is nice and I might consider coming back if I need a coffe fix in the area.

First of all, they dont even carry coffee anymore so why would they include it in their name? Also, if youre here after 8:00 pm dont expect to have any drinks made although their closing time is 9:00 pm. Every time I go in there, it just seems like theyre in a rush to close up even though its like an hour until their supposed closing time. Very poor customer service, wont be going back anymore.

My experience there was horrible! By the time my tea got to me it was ice cold when i ordered hot tea. The cookies were stale and customer service from whom I think was the owner( a very overweight guy) was rude and unprofessional and outright disrespectful. He didnt even acknowledge that my tea was a hot beverage off the menu. I would give this coffee shop a negative 1 if I could.

Great selection of teas and coffee. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgable! We were able to sample both coffees before we picked which blend we wanted. The spicy brownie was to die for!! Definitely worth a visit!

Dustin really took care of me and my family, free samples were delicious enough to get me to buy a bag! Then he helped us pick up a bag for our mom! It smelled amazing! Very impressed, great service!

The employees are not honest what so ever. They will cheat you any chance they get. The owner Chris Tafoya tells his employees to rip people off. He is a poor excuse for a human being.
