Some what friendly service. More concerned with getting to the next customer rather then talking you through your first visit. I went with my daughter only because she was hungry and the Chick-fil-A across the street was closed. We had never been before and the pizza crust girl was rushing me and asking me questions I had no idea how to answer. I finally got through to the check out and they were pretty friendly. We got our drink and went to find a seat outside the place was clean over all and loud inside. They guy who brought our food was very nice and asked if there was anything else he could get me. Im not to fond of pan pizza but I think thats all they serve, so I was too thrilled overall.

Assembly line pizza creations made according to your favorite items. The crust was pressed out on this pancake like machine. It was thin crush not bad. Did not have to eat all those carbs with thicker pizza. Decided to go wild and try all the items except a few. Loaded up the pizza with an red tomato sauce. I think they said that the pizza was cooked in 3-5 minutes in there oven. I like it when they can get it fast. It took longer to assemble the pizza. They have a selection of beers and some wine and the usual soft drinks. Nice open and clean seating. The 11 or 12 inch pizza was plenty for two.

OK so Pieology found the secret to making a good quick individual pizza. So just like with my hamburgers I like to make sure a place can make a decent basic pie before I get creative... So I got a standard Hawaiian.. The crust was perfectly cooked, the toppings and cheese were very generous. I think mine could have used a little more sauce. I had to get a soda with my pie because they dont serve any alcohol so I couldnt enjoy a beer. So minus one star. I ate half at dinner and a couple hours later the other half for dessert! Im excited to go back and try something a little more adventurous...

Not usually a pizza guy...was kinda out-voted by family and boy was I pleasantly surprised. The crust was perfect ...more on the thin side...so not too filling....the sauce and toppings were very good too. The staff was friendly and very patient was the newbies ordering kinda slow. The price was right and the experience makes me want to bring my pizza loving son after we get him after graduation. Well done people.

This was our first visit to Pieology and we really liked it. My son said that it was like Chipotle for pizza which is a pretty good description. They make personal pizzas that are thin and about 11" in diameter. You choose your crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings from a ton of different options. The pizzas were great. We will be going back for sure.

Great manager, I am not sure of her name. I heard her talking about reviews to her staff and how she was so happy to hear such positive feedback. I was in couple of days ago and she greeted me and helped me with my order. She was so friendly and kind! The pizza was okay, I dont think they baked it long enough. I love the gluten free option!

This is a make your own pizza chain and I guess there are people who want to make their own pizzas? Im not one of them. There are literally dozens of excellent pizza places in San Diego, but If you just have an urge to pick all of your ingredients and sauce and stand in line like a subway sandwich shop, this is the place for you.

Good, thin, made-to-order-right-in-front-of-you pizza with original or wheat dough and fresh toppings. Then theyre fired up in the oven while you wait. Make your own or select one of their configurations. I enjoyed the Smokin Buffalo Chicken.

Loved this pizza! So good. Crisp, thin, made right in front of you. Tastes fresh, amazing price. Under $10 bucks, share a pizza with a friend and put any and as much toppings as you want!! This is my families goto pizza place!!

"Save time and skip the line. Order online!" - what a joke!!! Ordered 30+ minutes prior to showing up and they just put the pies in the owen. Had to wait 15 min. Place was empty. And got the order wrong. Not going back.

They have vegetarian options. You can get it with daiya cheese, and lots of vegetables; well a few vegetables. They dont pack the vegetables all Im like I do when I make my own, but, they do a pretty good job.

Thia pieology is just the same as other pieologies. Nothing really special. You wait in line for about 10-15mins. Then order your hand made pizza and theyll bake it for you. The taste is always decent though

First time at a Pieology and I was pleasantly surprised. Basically the Subway concept for pizza and it really works. Crust was excellent and the topping selection was great. Definitely will return

Pizza was really good. Definitely coming back. This place is like a Subway but for pizza. Everything is freshly made. $8.45 11.5 inch pizza with 8 slices. Lots of options. Salad and Beer too.
