I arrived early in the afternoon, yesterday, Sunday Aug 2. Alone I gladly sat in the bar. I found myself alone in there except for the bartender and a server who were personally involved with each other. I took a menu from the bar and took the last table in the row of 3. Shortly thereafter, the bar filled up and the other 2 tables. Bartender then engaged the patrons at the bar and made their drinks and took food orders. Then proceeded to the tables starting with the last one seated and ending with me the first one seated. In essence, I sat unattended for 20 full minutes. When approached she was very pleasant and took my order, 3 a la cart choices. Chowder, coconut shrimp and crab leg appetizer. The biscuits arrived soon thereafter. I waited another 12 minutes for the chowder which was not hot, not even warm, more like room temperature. With a single cracker (no oysterettes). 10 minutes later my shimp came, 6 in all, hot from the fryer no garnish of fresh pineapple (They are out of pineapple in the back"). A reasonable amount of time later my crab legs came with the drawn butter. They were good, what I expected, but the drawn butter was soooooo salty it was inedible so I ate just the leg meat, in all about 3 ounces when out of the shell. My bill was $33 dollars, I was there over an hour, walking out, very disappointed and unhappy with my experience. Lovely waitress-bartender- sweet but unaware of her surroundings. Place was busy from what I could see but I did feel put out that I was the first one there and the last one acknowledged and the food was just not worth the price.

Jennifer our server was great.... she was constantly checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. She also brought out refills before we ever had to ask. The food was decent considering we are no where near the ocean. Its cool they have the live lobsters you can pick right out of the tank. All of us absolutely love the biscuits!!! I couldnt stop eating them. Its been a long time since Ive been here and I remembered it was pricey but it seems like its gone up quite a bit since and I think that least $5 over priced on every single item. So because of the pricing, I wish I could give 4.5 stars instead.

My wife & I started out going to the Lotus Garden next door to the red lobster. when we found out that the place had been sold and that they did not serve dinner meals and everything was Al-a-Cart we got up and went to red lobster. they were crowded but a manager Mathew put us in the bar with a separate table and took care of us personally. We had one of the best meals & experiences ever. Sure glade we walked out of the other restaurant. Taking my wife to red lobster on her birthday in two weeks. Food was excellent. We lucked out! Forgot to say my wife is in a wheel chair. They treated us special.

Food was good. Service was slow for 8 pm and empty restaurant. The bad part was when I walked out of the restaurant beer cans right under my tire. So I look around the rest of my car and found my front licence plate was on the floor and my car had been hit. I walked into the restaurant and asked the manager for cameras. She was bothered and replied sarcastically that "No red lobster locations have cameras". Well sorry for the bother.

Probably on of the worst Red lobster that Ive ever been to!! Upon arrival, there was no greeter at the front...I had to go find someone! The food was bland with absolutely no flavor! My crab cakes werent cooked thoroughly and just wasnt satisfied with the food overall!! Waitress had to be found several times but tried her best to accommodate but my overall experience wasnt great!! Wouldnt be coming here again

Good food and an awesome service for a very sweet young girl I think her name is Annelle something like that,Im bad with names and would love for her to have a recognition because like I said she is AWESOME, always around reading our minds in need,such a great girl,by the way we were there Tuesday April 18th around 4-6pm so if her name is not correct and I apologize for that maybe you guys can figure it out.

I have always received great service from this location. The staff is polite and friendly, and are very helpful with assisting in personal meal reviews. I have however been disappointed with my food not often, Ive order salmon and was just unsatisfied with the flavors however my Tilapia was majorly overcooked. My overall experiences here have been great.

EXCELLENT service, waiting time : 2.5 min , service time : 7.5 min. Food & waitress : EXCELLENT , the new wood fire grill lobster, shrimp & salmon is scrumptious. About an hour the whole time. I recommend going .. Oh and the price is very compatible for the food & the service and affordable.

Great fun, great food. The owners dont disappoint with either humour or hotdogs. Been a lot of places and these are amazing...I like them even better than NYC dogs...yes, tis true. The Italian sausages, yummmm! Poutine, big yumm as well. Great fun, great food! Worth a visit...or Three!

Havent been to a Red Lobster in a long time. Not bad have a decent selection of food, and pretty good selection of drinks. The only problem with Red Lobster is if you dont want to eat a bunch of salt youre going to have to spend the $35 on the fresh Lobster.

I went to Red Lobster on the 29th of June order 2 dinners one was the ultimate feast and a lobster top lobster spent $64.05 and it was terrible. the salad was the only tasty dish. the lobster and shrimp and the rest was not good. I will not go there again.

The food is good and fresh. They have good customer service. The bathroom is clean. However, there is always a long wait and its always very dusty. You can see the dust particles in the air. I always catch a cold or get my allergies when I eat here.

We really like Red Lobster. The reason Im rating the San Bernardino location a "3" is that the last three visits the restrooms have been very dirty. It can happen from time to time, but the last three visits in maybe three months, unacceptable!

Service was great but the food is no good. The mussels and the crab were not fresh at all- chewy, sticking to the shell, fishy aftertaste. The caprese salad costs almost $5, is tiny, and had almost no basil in it. Overpriced and poor quality.

This restaurant is a definite yes very courteous service um I love to go there and I tend to go there you know as much as I can because I just love the food and the service is great come down and join us sometime here in San Bernardino.

Friendly staff. Delicious, well prepared dishes. Are substitutions for well tended to. I would give it 5 Stars, if it werent for the fact that they did not even have tuna on the menu. They need more variety.

Came here on a Thursday night. Wasnt very crowded and the waitress took amazing care of us. Asked if we were celebrating anything which we were and the young lady brought out ice cream for both my kids.
