Best gluten free bakery in the Bay Area - beating out SF favorites that are closer to the city. Thus far I have had: Baguette - lots of seeds and grains on top, crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside - stands up to being carried 50 miles in my back pocket! Cinnamon roll - very luxurious with a heavy dose of cinnamon filling and a generous swipe of cream cheese frosting on top. Ask for it warmed up! Vegetarian sandwich - light but also filling. The basil leaves plus thick mozzarella slices and roasted veggies pair well in between the perfectly oily focaccia Cupcake - was good but not my favorite Scones - all of the berry, lemon ones are so good! Not dry and crumbly. Very moist with a great texture Coffee cake - this one does crumble a little so keep it in the bag as you bite. Worth it. Lemon pound cake - very moist and not too rich. Especially loved the top half that is soaked in lemon juice. I recommend. And sit outside on the benches and watch all of the cyclists and cute dogs go past!

Thank you! Celiac friendly! The food and coffee were wonderful! There were many dairy free and potato free options. I have been to two gluten free cafes that had no potato free options so Flour Craft was a HUGE treat! Thank you!

Heather is amazing! I love that she has vegan options for those of us that are vegan and gluten free. The design of the bakery is beautiful with a European Patisserie feel to it. Prices are great! You should definitely visit.

Being gluten free is no longer an issue. I had a chocolate decadent cake for my birthday that blew my socks off. Wow.

Their maple pecan granola has an addictive drug baked into it, so be aware going in. That stuff is amazing.
