The manager lady thats been there supposly for 16yrs that Ive never seen before..I didnt even get her name, was completely unprofessional! I simply asked for a side of gravy not a whole side, just a little extra on the side from the young girl working the counter and she says its $2.69..I said no not an order of mashed n gravy just a little on the side. She says thats the price. I then asked that manager lady is that the price for extra gravy and she says yes it is. I then asked how much for an order of mashed n gravy? She says $4 something...i said a small? She said $2.99 i said excatly...she then offered to refund my money if I didnt like it. Thats what did it! I told her she needs to answer simple questions with a simple answer and shes nuttier then squirrel poop if she thinks im going to pay 3.00 for extra gravy! She tried to play me like Im an idiot like I fell off a turnip truck, when Ive been going to kfc all my life and never had something so stupid ever hapn to me! She obviously was having a bad day to refuse someone some extra gravy to enjoy their meal with and Instead decides to antagonize someone thats possibly very Hangry! That was a Terrible example of how a manager should handle such a small simple issue. If she handles little situations like this, God help her with a big problem!

I just had to get 2 biscuit bowls for my daughter I drove up at the drive up speaker...& practiced my radio voice for the order, but no one was there...drove up to the 2nd window & there was Tony w/out the headphones...a hand signal an X confirmed that the drive up was closed...missed it by seconds Im tellin ya...& so, just as I was just about to pull forward, Tony asked "what did ya need?"...and told him about the B.B. for a daughter that I found out that carried a 4.0 gpa for 2yrs straight...& she is that special...he paused...and asked if I can wait 6 mins for the M.P...... He was kind enough to bring the order out to us to the front...and so, here I am...watching Julie enjoying the B.B. on such a memorable day... What Tony did for us about 20mins ago was service beyond the call of duty...its something that can only be thought of as KFCs finest in hiring persons of character. Tony...your efforts completed my daughters day of being one of the best days in her life, and know that you placed the final note on this tune...ya did good... JHSchwarzkopf

If I could give no stars, I would. I rarely eat fast food but we were in a hurry this evening and got 5 meals around $30. They were out of BBQ sauce and didnt tell us until I already paid. It was 5pm and every single one of the chicken strips was cold and hard like cardboard. They forgot items in two of the meals and I didnt realize any of it until we got home. They offered free food coupons when I got home but the idea was a quick dinner, not a waste of time and money. We will never eat this junk again. I would rather get my money back but I would have to pull 5 boxes out of the trash covered in mashed potatoes and gravy, load up the kids and go back. More time wasted!

Horrible on 9/12 Spent almost $60 for a "to-go" order, heres what I got: One bag full of gravy. Top came off - what a mess + no gravy Chicken strips - felt sorry for the rooster that finally died! Horrible, tough and cold. Ordered 12 biscuits - hard and cold. Contacted store, was offered more chicken strips. Declined. Manager seemed o.k. and we ended the call - Not going back

I like the food here, but when they forget things out of your order after making you wait to finish your other items its a little annoying. Service other than missing items was ok, but they were out of the pot pies too.
