Avoid this place at all costs! I waited 10 minutes in the drive through even though I was the only customer and then the employee that "assisted" me was rude and condecending. They have zero quality control, I have never been so dissapointed by a business in my life. Its safe to say I will NEVER go back.

They ran out of diet RootBeer and never said anything about it. I was in drive thru and went into the lobby to find out they ran out. They gave me diet Pepsi instead. Wish they did not just change my drink to the next best thing.

One time I was here at the KFC with my sister and they were taking a little while with our order. So they gave us extra chicken and a cake. It was pretty awesome! Best way to make up for a wait.

Its a KFC/A&W. The adiition of a nearby Taco Bell seems to have inspired them to step up their customer service "game". The food is tasty and service has improved. Good job!
