This rating is based on today. In line with family waiting to give order when I suddenly have a Diabetic situation so I ask for a small cup. Was given a water cup. Filled it 1/4 with some soda to help with my sugar diabetic problem. Went out the front door to drink it and get to meds in car (family still in line). The Assistant Manager came out to tell me the cup is for water. I explain the situation and showed I didnt fill cup up and needed my diabetes med from my car. She continued to harass me over it. I understand she wasnt sure of what was going on but my situation got worse where I asked her to call 911 for me. The assistant manager refused to call 911. I screamed for my family for help (still in line). Tye AM closed the door on me. I opened it and asked a family member to help me. They did. We got my meds, went in car and left headed to the ER. On way my sugar even out so we went a few blocks to home. Dr. said to watch sugar. I called to speak to or get name of RM. That was refused. The AM was on phone still lecturing me how I was in the wrong and they didnt have to call 911. I explained how by law if someone ask you to call 911 you are to do so. I will be filling a report of this with her RM and above them. I got to the point I could hardly walk. If I didnt have family with me I might have got worse.

I usually like Panda, unfortunately, this location in Rancho on several occasions has provide me a cold and not very filling lunch. Very unhappy. The location in Folsom and on Citrus Heights are much better - giving you health proportions and good warm food.

Terrible, just terrible. Messed up my online orders 3 times in 2 months. Forgotten food, and any special requests or even sauce on the side. Horrible customer service, always long lines, and dont bother to ask for a manager to call you back ...

For a chain , they sure make a very tasty Chinese food unlike authentic claiming restaurants in the area. Only concern is the quantity of food they give if you order any of their premium specials. Like it and go often.

Great staff, friendly and efficient. The 5 or so people behind the counter worked a rush like it was nothing! I almost didnt wait in line but the food was delicious and exactly the way I ordered it

Theyre really good in a sense of like a Americanized Chinese food and the business is really booming so I give it a 4 stars I just wish it was authentic Chinese food but thats just me

ive been to dozens of panda expresses in california and this one is hands down the best. the food is fresh the dining area is clean and the staff works like a well oiled machine.
