We love KFC. But this KFC is run by people that dont understand customer service. The drive through is the worst. Weve actually been told, "were cooking chicken in here" at the drive through along with other behavior as if the drive through attendant was high. Our orders have been wrong with gravy spilling out and lids not shut. After three or four such incidents we have sworn off this KFC. Which is unfortunate as we live nearby. Until their service improves we wont be returning.

I was REALLY disappointed in the service e this evening. I originally wanted to go through the drive thru but was told the credit/debit machine wasnt working but I could go inside. Once inside it took 35 mins to get a box of cheese curds and two $5 fill ups. Meanwhile, car after car after car was serviced in the drive thru. The lobby was hot and stuffy to boot. Horrible experience overall.
