This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. In regards to speed, 20+ minutes in a drive through when you are the only car and there are no other customers in the store. In regards to the food quality, most of the time it is cold. I have even been given the wrong order in drive through repeatedly. But the biggest concern I have with this store is the lack of proper management. I went inside (because the drive through is horribly slow) and started to place my order with the employee. In the middle of me ordering, she turned around and walked to the back of the store where she picked up a phone that was hanging on the wall and proceeded to talk on the phone for a few minutes. Not one time did she say excuse me or even apologize for the obvious interruption. She literally just walked away in the middle of me telling her what I wanted to order. The biggest kicker for me was the fact that it was the manager!

This location has a pretty bad track record for being incredibly slow. Ive personally sat in this line for more than 25 minutes before, that being said - other locations in Roseville and Rocklin Ive had experiences with had less than a 50/50 success rate for having my order correct. So I guess Id rather have my food slow and cold than wrong. In the (more recently) rare occasion I want Taco Bell - I go to Casa Ramos and wait my 20 minutes having a margarita.

Ordered 3 xs here and all 3xs had same cashier at drive up who asked multiple times did I want any sauce- I asked for ketchup each time and she said ok, and then after handing me the food she forgot it and I had to go back 3xs to get it. Any other time than breakfast you wait at least 10-15 minutes in line here. Never an apology for the wait.

This is the worst taco Bell I have ever been to. So far the service is slower then a real restaurant. My last visit took 30 minutes to get through the drive thru. I have been here 3 times now and every time is a 30 to 45 minute wait. Thats just ridiculous. Stay away from here if you want your food on the same day you order it.

Almost ALWAYS a very long line to wait in but the staff is always friendly and apologetic. On top of that idk what they do differently but this is the best taco Bell Ive ever been to in terms of quality of their food. (Its still taco Bell but is is taco Bell done right)

For being short staffed, this restaurant is efficient, and gets the job done right! You van expect to be greeted warmly by the staff, and leave with your taste buds satisfied. Quality makes the wait time (when there is one) worth it with each visit. #worththewait

Dont go here if you want FAST FOOD!! I literally got two Jamba juices and walked across the parking lot before my wife got to place her order. Oh, did I mention there were only two cars head of her. 20+ minutes in line, thats after we started timing.

Slowest. Drive-through. EVER! Inside isnt any better. Makes no sense since the food is barely warm by the time you get it. Are they making it quickly then let it sit out and you wait for it to make it seem like theyre taking their time on your order?

Arrived at 11:45pm to find them already closed 15 min early. We ran out of the house to make it on time and get some late night munchies to no avail. Jack in the box drive thru is 24 hrs and right down the street. Way to go Jack in the box. #hangry

Ridiculously slow service for having been here so long now. The food is usually okay and I havent had any issues with it, but 20+ minutes for 2 items is ridiculous. Overall, if youve got time to kill, the food is still good as far as fast food.

Its a normal taco bell so everything you can expect from one but they always have very long waits regardless of the time of day. Sometimes they run out of things as well. Just an extremely busy location yet not designed to act as one.

Slow is this locations motto. Dont expect your food to be hot or even warm, and asking for more cheese on nachos seemingly missing a proper portion of cheese apparently required management involvement.

The employees here are nice and friendly. Sadly this is the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever been to. Easily a 30-40 minute wait in the drive-thru and a 10-15 minute wait time inside.
