How in the hell is this place even real? Strangest experience ever. As a manager of a cosmetics retail store, this places customer service is appalling. The "manager" chased me down because she forgot to do her job and take my card and it was somehow my fault. I was so put off by her and her attitude I called to ask if I could bring my food back and get a refund. She really just argued with me and condisendingly asked me for the food back if I wanted a refund. Thats exactly why I called you incompetent child. Im a very easy going person but really cant believe this happened. I ended up not wanting to confront this girl anymore, I was already in tears from anger and decided to keep the food. They forgot the pickles. Im begging this girl to find a different job. Preferably one that doesnt involve human interaction.

I have been to this location several times and almost every time my order is wrong . The order is correct on the screen. I have spoken to the manager about it several times and got no where. Unless you drive back to them give them your food they will not compensate you for the overcharge or splilogize for the error. I asked the last time to get back the difference I was charged a double whopper with cheese verses what I got a single whopper with no tomatoes letter etc and forgot the rest after I finished eating . I was told no it unless I brought food . I am 68 years old why epuld I call them for no reason in addition I paid with my credit card and crevices no receipt but manager new becsuse I called immediately. Bad serve e rude and bD manager will not go again constBt error on order

Man oh man, I love me some burgerking! The staff Were some of the nicest people Ive ever met in my life, and also the funniest and most atttactive people Ive ever met! The food? Oh man, Ive never tasted real quality until now. That whopper was AMAZING I mean wow just really wow that is some fire right there. The fries were hot and fresh! The resterant was clean and friendly, I really love the renovation, and man that soda machine really was great. I love BurgerKing so much, I honest to god really do, and anyone who dosnt love burgerking needs to go to this store on foothills because you will fall in love with it.

Worse burger King in the area! The evening employees cant seem to be bothered to listen to an order let alone get it right. Burger kings slogan get it your way. Haha how hard is it to get a chicken sandwich without mayo! Every single time my family has gone to this store they mess up the order. And when we call them out on it and ask for them to fix the order the female manager there is as rude as can be! I have tried to contact the corporate office many times....its a wonder this place is still in busness!

Worst customer service . The girl got the order wrong and when she hand us our bag in the drive thru, she just walked away without saying think u or anything. She looked mean and was being rude, then I waited til she saw me so I could tell her my order was wrong... she rolled her damn eyes at me n charged me extra and said I didnt say it right! Wow horrible people shouldnt work in a place where they need to deal with customers! No wonder why people dont go to that burger king I cant wait til it closes down
