Tried about everything on the menu. All ingredients are fresh and prepared daily. Decent prices for large portions of food. Very friendly staff and chefs cook to order right in front of you in the wok. And they also cook the food fast so be ready! Busy during evenings ,sometimes, so plan ahead. This little nook of a restaurant is getting more and more popular in roseville. Edward, the owner, was the head chef at Fats Asian Bistro and now several years later he is head and owner of an amazing Chinese restaurant. I dont know if the food is all traditional to Chinese cuisine but it tastes pretty darn close, and you can trust me on that since I have visited china and experienced the rich flavors of their cooling for myself. Not too much seating given that the building is small. Hopefully in the future will relocate to a bigger setting.

This little local place is fantastic!the food is very good and fresh. The owner was the chef at Fats for years and you can tell it in the food. The Fish in Black Bean just melts in your mouth. the Peking Pork is crunchy and a little spicy without being overly sweet. This has become our "go to" Chinese Restaurant in Roseville.

The food is always excellent. I love the Singapore noodles. The serving sizes are all very generous. I usually can get 3 meals of leftovers. The salted jalapeño chicken appetizer is also a favorite. The quality and value are both superb.

Have been enjoying the food since the day they opened. My sweetie is used to New York style chow me in, not even on rje menus but id you ask he makes it and its terrific. Tried most of the dishes they offer and have enjoyed all of them.

Went there yesterday with my daughter and I have to said its very bad first time there for me they serve me overdue fried rice I cant eat it but I didnt want to say anything its gonna be first and last time there for me.

Every time I come here, i have never been disappointed. Food is always hot and exactly what I ordered. Never a long wait. Not overly crowded but always (when I go there) has people in there. Staff has been nice.

Only Chinese food place that has more chicken then coating on their orange chicken. No MSG, like most Chinese food places have, so you dont feel overstuffed after eating at this place. Highly recommend.
