No Stars Absolutely Horrible describes my experience at the Popeyes on Watt and Elkhorn today!!! To begin I paid $25 plus tax for a family meal and when I asked for a couple of condiments they told me they needed to charge me. I didnt specifically ask them to give me fresh hot fries after waiting in the Drive-Thru for my meal for approximately 10 minutes no cars in front of me I then proceeded to drive off and taste a french fry (Ice cold). I politely walked up to the counter and asked the manager if he could please replace them with hot fries I invited him to taste them. He touch them and agree that they were absolutely cold. Heathen politely asked me if I would like to wait for about 3 minutes for another ordee of Frys. I said sure. Suddenly the cook chimed in and asked another server what was the problem. The other guy said fries. The server then turned around to approach me as the manager and I were tossing our french fries into the trash. He Step infront of the trash can in my fry hit him on the front of his apron. He jokingly said "what do I look like trash"! I apologized and then he went on to go back and conversate with the cook the cook then tosses another set of fries into the basket and says here you go! The manager scoops of the order of fries, as he hands them to me, he asked me if I want to try one. I replied sure. I bit into it (ice cold). I said try this! The manager he bit into one and said "they are cold". He asked the cook to drop fresh french fries and the cook instantly became a comedian! But begins to speak in another language to the server they are just having a great time laughing and talking while Im waiting and waiting and waiting So eventually I asked the manager if I could at least get a drink and I waited and I waited and I waited all the while the cook is still cracking jokes and he and the server are just lauģhing it up! While waiting well over 20 minutes, I finally lost it and told the cook "less talking and more cooking". And then I said I find it rather rude that youre cracking jokes in "Spanish" but you can speak English just fine! Ive been said I dont find anything funny $25 and 25 minutes later. After waiting about three to five more minutes my fresh order of fries was finally up. I politely said Thank you to the manager and I left for home to relax and eat with my children. As my youngest son begin to make his plate I asked him why was he eating my mashed potatoes and gravy when I got him red beans and rice his reply was mom theres are two mashed potatoes and gravy here and where are the biscuits? Hi told him to keep his plate I packed up the rest of the food and I took you back to Popeyes I politely asked the manager for my money back and told him that my entire experience with them today from beginning to end was horrible. The way the cook was responding to my request was just so Rude and Unprofessional. He then asked me if I wanted him to replace the order. My reply, "No thank you, please just return my money. At first that was going to be my request that you just replace the meal, but not today! I like you on most days but just not today. Maybe I will give you a chance another day!!! Bye Popeyes! I have to go find me something to Eat

1 stars because the food is great, less if i could though. the customer service is crap. We ordered an 8 piece meal and seriously 20 seconds later i was at the window and asked if we could change the order. They said no, and they told us we cant change when we get to the window. Even though we ordered less a minute before and wanted to add more chicken. They didnt care, they didnt ask what we wanted to do, just kept saying no, policy says we cant change an order when you get to the window. So we asked if we could add more chicken and they kept no we cant do that. Worst customer service ive ever had, pure laziness. You really couldnt change an order 30 seconds after being made. They just lost a customer for the girl at the window and "manager" at the time. Horrible service

What is going on with Popeyes? The last 3 times I have purchased chicken at my local North Highlands store the chicken is getting smaller & smaller. My co-workers are saying the same thing. I just paid $5.99 for a 2 piece snack and the meat on the breast is the size of one chicken tender and the wing is half the size I used to get. They used to serve big juicy pieces of meat. I can see serving smaller pieces of meat for their $1.99 2pc & a biscuit but not with a full priced combo. Pick up your pace North Highlands Popeyes or you are losing us as customers

Food was cold and old tasting wrong order waited more than 15min in line for this when called to get correct order was offered a 2 piece for an original order of 20.00...cashier was rude no receipt ....servers....wore no gloves when handling food ...saw worker lick fingers while filling orders...AND THE CASHIER SWIPED HER HAND ACROSS HER NOSE THEN WIPED IT ON HER APRON BEFORE SHE HANDED US OUR FOOD NEEDLESS TO SAY WE THROUGH ALL OF THIS FOOD AWAY....WILL BE CALLING HEALTH INSPECTOR.....WASTED TIME EFFORT AND MONEY. GO SOME WHERE ELSEL

Food was hot and didnt seem stale. Biggest gripe is their sauce policy now: only with tenders do you get one sauce for 3 tenders 2 for 5 tenders 4 for 10 extra is 35 cents each. If Im paying for a 10 piece meal I want more then 4 sauces. I understand ppl take advantage and ask for too many, but what if I buy a meal for fish or shrimp popeyes isnt exactly cheap. You should be allowed some if your buying a meal thats like 9 bucks and I get no sauce unless I pay more? Thats petty cheap imho

This has got to be the worst Customer service team. I called to ask about the special. Before I could finish, I was interrupted with sarcasm. I think upper management needs to look into their hiring practices. The lady if you prefer I call her that is very rude, an unprofessional. She couldnt serve me if I was starving.

I love Popeyes but in the past month my order was wrong. Once they charged me for a pie I ordered but didnt get it, I couldnt go back so that was a loss, today my order was wrong I ask for 2 mild tighs and got a tigh and a breast, I dont eat breast so that was a loss also. Im going to have to rethink going back.

DO NOT EAT AT THIS RESTAURANT! Horrible service we waited FOREVER for our food , we finally received our food there was hairs all in the chicken and the mashed potatoes were etaten out of !!!!! ABSOLUTELY UNNACEPTABLE !!

Pope yes was on it tonight. You need to come and try their table box shrimp The chicken is superb, and dont foget the sweet tea. Man omg. The manager is eye candy beautiful MF.
