First time here but certainly will not be my last. As far for buffets go, they tend to have a reputation of old, cold, dry, and sometimes smelly food. The Hibachi Grill Buffet is the complete opposite of this. From walking in to leaving, you feel welcomed in their establishment. As you walk in, youre greeted by the host who is very welcoming. To the left you see a little aquarium with different koi fish. From the lobby you are able to see the entire buffet line. As you start looking around you notice the food looks fresh and hot. From the fried shrimp to the desserts. Keep in mind they have a cook to order section where you pick your ingredients and give them to the guy at the flat top. Once your plate is done they will ring a bell for you to pick your food or you want wait and watch while your food is being cooked right in front of you. When I got back to my table it was time to dig in. I got some fried rice, asparagus, coconut shrimp, baked salmon, hibachi chicken, honey chicken and lastly some tempura sushi rolls. Everything tasted FRESHLY made, not chewy like how buffet food tends to be. Service was great. Our server always passed by our table every 5 min and just checked in to see if we needed anything. The manager on duty passed by our table as well to check to see if everything was going well. Restrooms were clean, a little graffiti in the stalls but overall very clean. Overall: (1 poor - 5 excellent) Food: 5 Service: 5 Cleanliness: 5 Would definitely recommend! We went on a Tuesday evening around 430, so maybe at most there were 10 tableswith people.

Muy buena la comida, pero la atención de los empleados hacia el cliente, es pésima. Solo se acercan a tu mesa a recojer los platos sucios, pero no preguntan si se te ofrece algo, como más soda, o si esta todo bien en tu mesa. Fui a comer con un grupo de compañeros de trabajo. Yo pedí un extra tenedor y no me lo quisieron dar, dijeron los empleados que no tenían uno extra. Como es posible tal respuesta..!!!!!. A la hora de traer la cuenta, nos dimos cuenta que nos habían cobrado de mas.. les dijimos y solo dijeron.. ohh es verdad, ahorita lo correjimos. Ahh pero a la hora de los tips, ahí si estaba el mesero bien listo. Abriendo los ojotes, haber cuanto le dejábamos. Muy mala experiencia. Atención pésima.

The food is really great and there are lots of options with scrumptious taste for a buffet. I loved it till one day I got the worst service ever. Since Ive been there over 10 times Im pretty sure the workers recognized us. They didnt get any refill for us till we asked for it, and then they gave us water instead of the soda we paid for, which was done absolutely on purpose. I got ignored when I was trying to ask for service. They didnt clean the table till the very end and we didnt get any fortune cookies either. The managers were really responsible though, they sincerely apologized to us. Anyways, we might not tip as much, but we were always respectable whenever we went there. The workers should learn to treat people the way they want to be treated in spite of personal emotions on the account of money.

We have eaten there quite a few times, and I have noticed that the service has improved over time. The good food is average at best. However, it seems that I always get the random non- food items on my plate. One time, I found what looked like used floss in the fried rice, and when I told the waitress, she told me that it was "elastic" with an attitude that made me feel bad about complaining. Another time, I found a small piece of plastic label in the hibachi imitation crab but decided not to say anything because I didnt feel like being yelled at.

Worst service ever! Employees are rude and unapologetic. What they serve as food, Id rather feed to my dogs. The crab legs are a joke, so were their other menu items. I almost chipped a tooth trying to eat their taquito. I thought theyd be like their Moreno Valley location, so I gave them a try. Horrible mistake. Ill probably have diarrhea for a week after eating here. Employees dont speak English. Theres no management to complain to so here I am posting this review. Dont give them your business. Youre better off ordering Chinese takeout.

Im usually very skeptical about buffets, but Ive got to say that this place is amazing! Everyone from the host to the servers were friendly and accommodating. The selection of food from the sushi bar to salad bar was enormous! The Mongolian grill had fresh meats and vegetables and made just perfectly. Everything I tried I totally enjoyed and no waste of food! The best part was that my mother who is a VERY picky eater, had no complaints except that there was too much to choose from. Will definitely be going back again!

Es un pésimo restaurant de comida china todo está frío y algunas cosas están mal cocinadas los meseros están comiendo y atendiendo al mismo tiempo vienen masticando la comida a levantar los platos o a cambiar bebidas no les recomiendo visitar este lugar

This was my first visit to Hibachi grill buffet, and I was impressed at the quality of the food. Most buffets are associated with being low quality and dirty. However their food is hot and fresh. Theres a huge assortment of sushi, seafood and much more. The deserts are also great, and there is a huge selection of fruits and veggies. The price is reasonable and the atmosphere is clean and inviting. Overall, the food tastes great and the hosts are welcoming and nice.

Brand new buffet in town! They have a grill cook and raw ingredients. You make your own plate and he cooks the food for you, right there. I had a problem with catching his attention once. The raw ingredients are good. The buffet sushi isnt spectacular, but its higher quality than other buffet sushi Ive had. They also have deserts and regular buffet options available. Overall, a very large selection and a clean, high quality restaurant.

Absolutely horrible. The servers do not understand a language other than their own. They try to over charge you and then argue that its right, how are 2 adults 3 adults on the check?! You ask them to fix it and they argue you are wrong! Manager is rude and yells at employees on the floor in a room packed with customers. Food is okay, bathrooms havent been cleaned in forever, if I could give negative stars I would.

Customer service is really good I would stick to the well seasoned meats by other then that its ok I dont really trust the sushi and the meat had some strange lookin brown spots on it. Over all Id say it was an ok. Id say 50% of the buffet is tasty and good and other 50% is questionable.....( update!!!) Im no loner friends with the bathroom I dont recommend you come here at all.

Greeted with a smile by host as we walked in. Drinks were already on the table before we came back with our 1st round. Server was super nice and brought us a shell cracker without us asking. Food was fresh, everything tasted good. We spent less than $20 a person with options for every palette. If you are around the Tyler mall its just across the freeway
