We made a reservation for Oct 11th @ 7.30pm, for 15 guests. Suzanne, who took our call confirmed our reservation, and even called us 15 minutes before the scheduled time to confirm that were on our way. But, to our utter shock and dismay, when we arrived, the waiters simply stated that they had to give our tables to somebody else, as they’re not sure if were going to show up! It is utter shame to think that this is the restaurant that we have been frequenting for years, and have been recommending to our friends. We felt humiliated, as all our guests had arrived promptly at 7.30pm and we had to make hasty arrangements to go to another nearby restaurant. Do we go back to this restaurant again? Definitely not! Do we recommend this restaurant again to our friends? Definitely not! Our humiliated friends started sharing this ugly incident on their facebook pages, as none of them had experienced this sort of discrimination before. This is not how businesses run and operate!

This place is great! The food is very authentic and is amazing. The staff is very friendly and the service is good. The prices are reasonable and can get a little expensive , but its worth every penny. I got the Bombay special and was very happy. The portion size was large and I got this dish because it was a sampler of a lot a popular dishes. I was impressed with almost every item on the plate. The lamb was a little dry , but still pretty tasty. Unfortunately I wasnt able to make it for their lunch buffet but it looks like the spread would have been epic. I will definitely go back when Im in the area.

GARBAGE FOOD!!!! This is worst Indian cuisine I have ever been to. The food was like trash. I ordered I felt like throwing up right there...I was there on 9/30/14 around 7-8 pm. I ordered navratan korma, dal makhani etc. and the quality was soooo poor. It was so poor that even any dog would not eat it neither sniff it. And we told the waiter too about the food. We just tasted the food and left without eating it all and the food was just as it is. And we paid whole bill was around $50 and they shameless they didnt even bother to compensate or anything.

Service was horrible. Charged an arm and a leg for nothing. I took my food home and they gave me beef. I asked them not to give any beef cause of many religion. Of course they messed up and gave some type of fried soy things and beef so I brought everything back (inconvenience in my part) rudely they didnt want to give a refund. I spoke to the manager which was no help what so ever. I left the food that I had paid so much for on their counter. I was very upset I will never recommend this place to anyone. This place sucks.

Jan 25th, 2013 - Having been to many Indian Restaurants I have to admit that the food here, although good, was very BLAND! and flavorless. You cannot even smell the aromatic spices in the food or within the restaurant. When you walk out of an Indian restaurant and you can still smell the spices on your clothes, then you know you had some good flavorsome cuisine. There website has many coupons. The but 1 get 1 free lunch buffet with 2 Mango Lassis is the better deal. The Mango Lassi is very good.

I loved it because its clean, its beautiful, and its good. The cuisine is genuine, having gone with an Indian family that praised the food. There are many options, buffet style. Everything is hot and flavorful, hot as in temp, medium in spices. I go now on my anniversary with my woman, and its something well do indefinitely. Wonderful courteousness, the drinks are good and the dessert is just sweet enough to offset the savory deliciousness of the food. Great stuff

Deceptive advertising on the street. Big sign! 80 of us at the Doubletree Hotel across the street with a short lunch period on 06/09. I dont know how many ate the buffet there. When we tried to pay for the two meals, the bill was more than $20.00, not the street signed advertised price. The owner, had an attitude. Rather than fuss with him, we paid. Later I found out that several others were also scammed. As for the food, Its not worth the price, ever!

We are non-Indian and have tried several Indian restaurants, we truly enjoy every time we go to Bombay Restaurant. Their food is always hot, service great and you will get a spicy taste treat with their varied menu. We are completely sold out on their chicken tikka masala (so rich and tasty), and their other delightful dishes. If you have never tried Indian food, this would be the place to try for a first experience. You will come back again and again...E

Didnt even go there, called to the phone number provided on the Web to place an order online. The owner is real POS. Picks up phone by saying Bombay Cusine and when i asked a question about the menu he had an attitude about why I called his cell number and asks to call the other line and tells me dont call the number again and hangs up. Why the F would you put ur cell # on contact info if you dont want people callin. Great Customer service

Very Nice Restaurant, Owner & Staff "they all serve to please the customer" The food was also very Good. I personally did not give 5 stars bc I prefer a little more Indian flavor with my Lamb, Garlic Naan, Tandoori & the Samosas. The Lunch Buffet was presented/set up exceptionally well; & we loved the Mango Indian drink that was added to our meal for just 6.99 (reg $9.99)per person (what a deal for all you can eat!)

Good to try somthing different was here for my birthday and I enjoyed the different flavors. The people are very nice love good customer service. I love Mango smoothies and was excited to try their Mango drink but was not of my liking. Maybe if it was cold but my husband loved it so its a 50 50 chance. Buffet price was good and food was fresh. Would love to come back soon.

We love the food at Bombay, and weve been going for over a decade. The tikka masala absolutely rocks! The service there is very good, if a tad on the slow side sometimes. The only thing is that prices there have been rising for a while, and its not the affordable meal it used to be. Price is the only reason I wouldnt give Bombay five stars.

Been coming here for 12 years. The food is always fantastic and the same waiters have been there for that long too. They are friendly and attentive. The food is the best Indian food in the Inland Empire. I recommend the Combo Dinner plates which come with Naan and Indian tea or coffee☕. Also the Vindaloo, Tikka Masala and Palak Paneer are great.

Went to this place for a family meal in December. It was busy even on a post Christmas weeknight. As always the food was superb. Service was not quite up to par for this place, probably because they were surprisingly busy, but the food was a excellent as it always is. Its small and friendly and we will for sure be back for another meal.
