They need to put negative stars for their reviews, anyway went to this place today and they were busy. My friend and I waited to put our name in for a table. My friend asked where the person was and she stated he was busy. Yes it was busy but looking around we could not find anyone who was seating anyone. My friend again asked where the host was and he got a snotty reply from the cashier. Now I have been going to this place for over a year because the service and food were good. To have a cashier reply to a customer with a snotty attitude is not acceptable. Not only that but a couple who walked in after us cut in front of us in line. I made a comment of how people dont seem to know how a line works. After the second snotty reply from the cashier my friend got upset and we left. I will not return to this place because of the rude and uncaring attitude of this one employee. If employees can not handle a busy time they should not be working with the public. My job deals with the public everyday and I never talk to customers like this cashier did. Its a shame that more and more businesses treat their customers with such little respect. Guess Ill stick with El Torito where they take good care of their customers!

This was me and my fiancées first time coming here! We came for the dinner menu since it included the better items! Relatively speaking for what we ate the price was really fair. The food was fresh and everything was so good! The servers were always there to refill your drink or attend to your needs. I especially loved the crab and oysters! My fiancée is an oyster fanatic and he raved how fresh they were the whole time we ate them! I recommend (for health hazards of course) if your going to have the seafood you get there right around 3:45-4 because thats when theyre done switching from lunch to dinner and the oyesters are the freshest. For some foods if you wait too long they will naturally start to soak in the oils or the raw foods will oxidize too much creating those "bad smells". If your looking for a good seafood buffet I would highly recommend Sapporo Seafood Buffet! ❤️

Too much food selection but the quality is poor. I noticed the MSG sprinkled all over the fried foods. Crabs are coated with cornstarch and fried then sprinkled with MSG. Beef broccoli doesnt taste good. Bland! Sushi selection doesnt look fresh. Pineapple slices are sprinkled with salt. Ice cream was icy milk instead of creamy. Mongolian is good but not much selections. Coffee cake, flan were good. Tapioca coconut cold soup was tasty but very runny. Service need to be improved. Server never engage in conversation to see if you are OK. They just walk by and snatch the used plates without being cordial. I asked for crab cracker and given one. When I asked for another for my wife, he said they only give one. Maybe he did not understand but there are two of us on the table and we have to share crab claw cracker? Good for one time visit.

I have been to a lot of buffets but this one exceeded all my expectations and some. Very fresh, nice layout, great service, clean, lots of seafood choices, sushi, pizza, Korean beef, beef broccoli, orange chicken, crab and the choices continue. I highly recommend this buffet and bring your appetite.

I have been to a lot of buffets but this one exceeded all my expectations and some. Good place to eat Chinese food. They have a wide range of Chinese food and sushi. The sushi is typical of Chinese buffets: not extraordinary, but not too bad. However I had a bad experience with one of the oysters as it was not fresh and so it wreaked. The soup in the containers is very tasty and so are the ribs that you cut yourself. Fair price, decent service. Overall, a good place to go with the family when you cant agree on what to eat.

This place is your standard chinese buffet that focuses mainly on seafood. The quality of the sushi here is pretty decent for buffet sushi. They have a nice selection of sashimi as well. I liked the octopus most. Their buffet selection is very large and they keep the trays well maintained and filled. Probably one of the nicer buffets i have visited.

The waiters and waitresses come give you drink refills while all you worry about is your food selections! Theyll even provide certain sauces you like. We were somewhat surprised when our waiter came with the check and said, "Thank you, No hurry!!!". Its our new place to eat buffet food!!! We go about once a month.

Used to be our favorite place. This evening we went for dinner and the manager informed us that they no longer serve hot crabs due to cost cutting. Serving cold, people eat less!! The sushi is still great, but for $20 per person with a drink, I can get hot crab legs else where. Super sad :(

A regular cash paying customer here. If Im craving Chinese fast food Ill come on out here. Dont care how far it is. The waiters always attend you, fair price for a buffet. I also enjoy their sushi. Always leaving outta here feeling full. I Will be back for more in the near future.

Took my wife and familia here to celebrate her graduating with her M.Ed from UCR. Delicious food and a great variety too. You can get fresh cooked food as well. They have coupons on their website, print one out for each person.
