Sorry, but it was horrible! This place should be closed down for a variety of health code violations. I was suspect from the beginning when we walked through the door. After using the bathroom, we should have left. Bathrooms are a pet peave of mine. This bathroom was so dirty with something wet on the floor, either water or who knows what. The soap containers were empty so I had to get the water as hot as I could just to make sure my hands were somewhat clean. The hand dryer looked like it wasnt installed to code since it had a cord running to an outlet. From my experience in the maintenance field, theyre usually hard wired, not plugged in with a cord. The carpet below the sinks was wet with something, either water from the sinks or something else. Now about the service and food! The food sucked, the service sucked and the waitress was bringing had a mop in one hand and drinks in the other hand. Honestly, Im surprised they are still open. Never again will I eat there! Dont be fooled by the nice looking sign that you see from the freeway the reads "Hibachi Buffet", horrible!

WHERE ARE THEY GETTING THEIR STAFF FROM??? I have been here multiple times and every time that I have visited the staff are not attuned to customers, cleanliness. The waiter sat us a booth and there was food bits on the table. Want to guess what they did? SWIPE THE MESS TO THE FLOOR IN FRONT OF ME. What? No bleach/soap or anything? So what did I see once I finally sat down, piled up/dirty plates sitting on the bannister from where the waiters were eating in front where the public was at. GROSS! SERIOUSLY! ITS IN THE FRONT WHERE PEOPLE ARE WALKING IN! Meanwhile my poor shoes caught some sticky sh-- on the floor. The food was alright it varies time to time. The ice cream maker is a joke. I fill it up and I get what looks like sh-- in my bowl.Needless to say its broke and what do I see near the ice cream machine? other cups if ice cream just sitting there, wonder how that got there? Hmm

First of all!!! Im a cook a professional cook and i really can cook professionally.... well my experience in this buffet is just disgusting..... all the food were old it thursday night and just to see the rice been over cooked because it been sitting theres for hours its not ok.. all the sea food were not ok... all the food i imaging were sitting for houra or maybe days here the example...just paid about $16 bucks i went to serve my first plate and disnt came back again ..i dont even finishied my plate...im uploading a nice pic of thw food you guys can judge ...

We came from Las Vegas to visit our Mom in the hospital and being recommended eat at Hibachi Buffet. Upon our arrival at the Hibachi Buffet we are 9 adults and my 3 yrs old grand daughter. 9 adults were charge plus my 3 yrs old grand daughter. We are deeply disappointed why my 3 yrs old grand daughter which hardly eat a piece of pizza charge for for kids meal $5.00 plus. I am deeply dissapointed with the service very poor using the height of the child as the basis of her age...

GO TO HAPPY BUFFET IN RIVERSIDE!!! save yourself from this nasty place their food is terrible smells nasty tastes nasty they have raw meat just sitting out at the grill area i dont trust the food i see sitting out in the bar area. I only ate spring rolls and fried broccoli and onions i literally watched the guy fry it up. Customer service sucked the guy came and asked if i wanted more water when i was DONE eating come on dude.Save your money save your stomach DONT come here!!!!

STAY AWAY!!! This place is absolutely Awful... The Food sucks it was cool, tasteless and left out for a long period of time. The meat smelt like wet dog , and the fish was disgusting. If you have any love for food then turn away from this place. Your better off starving yourself ... I had diarrhea all day and Im totally grossed out ... I will Never Eat There Again Please take my advice , save yourself!!!! Oh ya customer service was horrible to.

Come here since they opened, couple of years now. Not that Im counting or would want them to leave. .but food is great..best seafood mix in moval. Could use little help on waiters or waitresses customer service though. Not all them are bad... though. Gr8 place 2 eat. Mongolian,Asian, American food served. Thanku

Buffets often serve a wide variety of food, but dont necessarily master one particular type of dish. This buffet is like many others: serves a variety of -- mainly asian -- entrées but doesnt serve any type of food that will blow you away. Dont get me wrong, the food isnt bad -- its just nothing to rave about.

Fyi if your coming for the crab legs make sure you call before coming to eat dinner here. Im not sure if was something they are trying out or its permanent but they are no longer serving crab legs and have replaced them with large oysters. If this decision is permanent I definitely wont be returning!

My mom was humiliated because I took by mistake a dinner dish not considered despite the fact that she is one older person, a person who works there came to the table to remove her hand what she had taken, It was very unpleasant for the whole family, It was our first time and we will never return.

Everything was great. The food, the service, the everything was perfect. But, when we received our spoons, they were clearly still dirty. When we went to go get our plates, we noticed stains. At the end, as I went to go to get dessert, I grabbed a spoon. There was green stuff on it, likely moss.

Very bad service. Food is horrible. The place is horrible. Too expensive for the low quality food they offer. Food is lacking taste. They get mad if you ask for a soda refill. Floor was very dirty. For a lower price you can get a higher quality food across the freeway at The Bowl Asian Kitchen.

Great selection of tasty food here, but its not worth $14.35 for weekday dinner. Sad to see that the place isnt as clean and spiffy as it was a few years ago. Floors and counters seem dirty. Most of the chairs need reupholstery in a bad way! There is also a disturbing odor here.

Food was dry. Like it had been sitting for along time. The cashier was rude. The food was tough and disgusting. Never ever ever again will i waste my money in that manner. Maybe it was just today and it was slow but it still doesnt take away from bad food in my opinion.

I have only gone to this place 1 time to celebrate and it was the last time I ever went will never go back , HATE it , service is horrible . cashier is so rude . since we got rude in the beginning before sitting down everything tasted awful . dont recommend to anyone
